Very good delivery, bought some diamond brandy glasses, very different was for wedding,best man and farther of the bride. The glass is so thin you can't get them engraved or put in dishwasher. Shame they don't tell you the glass is waffer thin as I would not of got them.from the photo they look very good and come in a box looks expensive, but when you take them out they feel very cheap and look cheap

Delivery date was said between 17 - 20th may so i ordered the balloon flower bouquet expecting it no earlier than that date which was important because they are balloons and didnt need till 20th they arrived way before that date and are almost deflated very disappointed and wasted money. If they state a date they should stick to it!

This was the first time i used Prezzy box, navigation of the site is good however I had to chase to see where my order was and only after chasing my gift was then despatched. I sadly missed my brother-in-laws birthday as the goods turned up a lot later. It does state on the website same day despatch which is a load of rubbish

Very good quality product, packaged well. Delivery was very good.. quite fast The only thing I would say is that u didn't like that I didn't know when my parcel was dispatched or anything as you have no news to your parcel after your confirmed email for purchase.

Printing is rather faint, quite disappointed, frankly speaking. Prompt delivery though, and glass is of good quality.

Only vibrates and does not actually have rotating balls

The item was good quality. However it was slightly expensive when delivery was added, and it arrived later than it said it would which meant my boyfriend received his present late.

Poor quality item for the price. Wold have been better if I'd bought my own cheap glass from the charity shop and gone to get it engraved in Stourbridge myself. Will not bother using again.

The delivery was really quick and the overall quality was ok. I ordered two bears. One was perfect but the other one's head was turned to the left and it looked really grumpy.

Okay experience overall, delivery is way over priced for small items. Tracking information wasn't provided when it could of been. The company need to focus on keeping customers up to date once a product has been dispatched and also look at reduce delivery charges on small items.

Item ordered was pretty much as shown, probably not quite as impressive as it looked in the photo online. Other companies in this sector are very hot on delivery notification/tracking, so with Prezzzybox there could be more updates and info on delivery (especially when items are ordered for special occasions) and the delivery company should be instructed to post a card through the door when item is hidden around back of property .... and also not to leave chocolate in the sun!

The speed of delivery was ok, the packaging put the frame at risk just a slim box no padding. The product itself looked like a cheap printout, could do with a better overall finish maybe a different paper should be considered. Overall for the price it wasnt great will go elsewhere in future I'm quite underwhelmed

I cancelled my order as I had picked out the wrong colour radio, but did not yet get the refund..it has been a while..I paid from a New Zealand debit card, and wonder if there is a problem getting the money back into the account as it is foreign account??? The printing work on the candle holder was poor and not to the quality of the photo. But delivery time was good
