“You didn't ask if I wanted a message added to the gift. The person it was delivered to didn't even know who it was from either, that was embarrassing”

“I sent two presents one to my mum and another to my aunt both delivered a day before mothers day. The one for my the engraving was wrong and left out some of her name?”

“It was ok, the delivery was quick and it looks and smells quite nice, however i thought the pictures were quite deceiving and it is a lot smaller than the pictures imply.”

“Overpriced for what I recieved. I ordered a personalised glass with a bottle of gin for £20. It was only a 50ml bottle of gin. Only good thing was prompt delivery”

“There was no clear dimensions of the plaque I ordered as it was tiny and was quite ashamed to give it to my mother on Mother's Day. You should a variety of sizes making it clear what the dimensions are!”

“The items were great... I asked for each item to be sent as as gift and unfortunately the boxes they were sent in were HUGE compared to the actual item which meant it was a waste of money as I had to buy other boxes....”

“Just be aware that the part with the receiver's name on it and the message, are under all the sweets in the box, so they can't/won't be read until you get to the bottom!”

“Ordering was easy & goods arrived within the time frame but although well packaged, one of the items had broken packaging which must have been like that when placed in the box. Not happy as had no time to return goods for replacement.”

“Goods were as described, but they were very poorly packed in an odd box that was very squashed, hence some of them are slightly damaged ie the corners of the book and the toiletries box. Not ideal when they are presents. I have tried to make them look the best I can.”

“Got a personalised bangle for my girlfriend! It arrived and I instantly opened it, still not very happy with the quality of the bangle it has a small dent and scratches all over it!”
