Lovely idea and would have got more than 3 stars if the background colour was better, when the picture arrived the background colour is a lot darker then shown on here looking more yellowish, which against the tile colours didn't really look great. Can't return as it a personalised item.

I was very pleased with the service and delivery times however I think the quality of the personalised print on the vase was very poor and I am not impressed with it at all.

I spent ages trying to find an experience in Surrey for my aging father. I thought I had found one that had Surrey in the list of counties but when he received it and looked online to book, the nearest place was Eastbourne! Not such a great pressie then.

Had no notification item had been dispatched, was out for delivery or been delivered. In the dark once I put the order in. Thankfully item arrived, but person delivering left it in a less than obvious place - where it remained for two days!

Items are made elsewhere & sent to prezzybox for them to send on so the estimated date of delivery is from dispatch from prezzybox not from company who made item. Have to say that got worried when saw lots bad reviews for this site & then not hear anything from prezzybox since placing order. I called them to chase item. Was assured call back but not got one. However the present ordered Tues night arrived sat so reasonably prompt.

After my first order which was dispatched and delivered within a few days with great communication throughout, I placed a second order and after a week passed, all I had heard was a confirmation of my order and an expected delivery date. Am currently still waiting to hear what's happening with my order, several days after it's delivery date, as it appears to not even have been dispatched.......overall, lovely stuff, but the service could be better

The only down side is I sent this as a birthday gift direct to the recipient however they had no idea it was from me as I wasn't able to send a message in the parcel :0(

I ordered a few presents to my mother, delivery was great, gifts were great but there was an issue with one of the gifts. The framed "when you were born" gift had mixed information. My mum was born in Auckland and the sunrise and sunset were clearly English and not New Zealand times, the prime minister was the English one and i don't think she would care that Corgi introduced their toys in the UK. It's a shame as that was the dearest present and the one let down. Thanks Chris Felton

Ordering was easy and delivery time was speedy. This would have been fie stars however the delivery driver decided that because I wasn't in they would leave in a safe place, which I was perfectly happy with and they emailed me to let me know. However on getting home (a day later as I was staying at a friends) I discovered that the 'safe place' they decided to leave it in was on my doorstep where people could see it and in the rain!

Easy enough to use and my brother was very happy with the gift card....only thing is...I couldn't find anywhere to actually indicate who the gift was from...Unless i totally missed the obvious in which case its my fault and i apologise. End result was my brother got a 50th present from me without knowing who sent it...

Gift I bought was as described and very good. Although parcel was damaged when it got to me. Luckily it wasn't fragile.
