They made a Mistake on an Engraving I requested. "A book for Rose's" - even a Lame man would know that is incorrect.

Thought that for £30 plus pounds that it would have been in colour. Just looked a bit cheap.

The idea is great, the instructions are confusing. It hasn't been enough time yet to comment on the product as a whole. However, it's Fast delivery & a good price.

I had ordered a gift for Fathers Day however I was sent completely the wrong item and I had to phone and rectify the matter. It was dealt with swiftly and I received the correct item within a couple of days.

My gift was meant to come 14th - 16th but arrived on the 17th. Wasn't' very happy as I missed my nieces 40th birfhday. I was very happy with the gift tho. Hazel Donnelly

Unfortunately, the Tabasco chocolate had melted and re-formed in the tin, which was disappointing and slightly concerning that it hadn't been stored in a suitable environment.

Thank you for your message. We would like to reassure you that the storage of items are within a temperature controlled environment. Unfortunately, the hot weather can cause issues when delivery is made with chocolate products.

I received my purchase quickly but when it came the spine of the book and the inside of the book were put together the wrong way around. So when I open the front it shows the end of the pages and upside down. After spending just under £30 I would expect it to have come correctly.

I m giving average just because they delivered within the estimated time window. But customer service and responses if you got one were very sad. On top of it they didn't include the sender details in the gift, and my surprise gift recipient didn't know who sent it. I had to ask her in the end and it was too embarrassing

Hi. I wasn't present when the map arrived but I've been assured it was fine. My only gripe is that it took so long to get to us. When ordered I was under the impression that it would arrive within a couple of days but didn't actually get to us until Friday afternoon, leaving things very close as it was a goodbye present for someone who was leaving the company that day.

Item was lovely and as described, however the photo frame's presentation box was very damaged and pieces of it missing so unfortunately I had to take it out of its box to wrap as a present. Not impressed as it looked second-hand.
