“Cushion itself appears to be OK on first impressions but the battery requirements on the website are totally wrong. The website says that it simply requires 2 x AA batteries. But in fact it requires 3 x AAA batteries (so one more than specified and of a different type) and 1 x lithium battery (for the remote control) which isn't mentioned at all. Other than that I can't comment because I haven't tried it yet.”

“A lot of the "normal" was because I ordered the items rather late and in spite of being told your delivery would be 25th to 29th December - I had to preclude 25th as I wasn't going to be home that day until late evening, and did not receive them in time to wrap and present them to people - in fact I still have them unwrapped because I will not be seeing those people again until later this month. Most of them were delivered at lunchtime on New Year's Eve. My fault entirely, but your deadline appeared to be 29th and they were 2 days after that. However, next time I order I shall perhaps have more time in which to do it. Hope to perhaps use Prezziebox.com for a few birthday presents during this next year, as these days I can't get out to shops very easily. june.sharratt@gmail.com”

Still havent played around with it yet because i ordered it for new years eve and it never came until the second after making sure when ordering it would be delivered before new years.overall slightly annoyed about delivery and not played with the item yet so gave 3 stars”

“Prezzibox chose a very poor postal carrier initially. The delivery tracking details stated that the carrier had tried to deliver my parcel three times, but when we checked our CCTV the delivery driver/van were not on the recording. I Phoned and explained/complained and the issue was sorted out very quickly with my parcel arriving the next day using a different carrier. Prezzibox - If you pay peanuts for a company to deliver your goods and uphold your reputation then you know what you will get!”

“Items were fine and arrived in good time for Christmas. However, I was not very happy to be unable to use more than one gift voucher for my purchase. I had two £5 gift vouchers and when I entered them the page marked them both as used but only credited one. Don't think I'll use this site again.”
