I was sent the wrong item. The wrong item was picked and it wasn't spotted before packing. I rang customer services who sent out the correct item very quickly.

Quick delivery, everything ordered as described. Could have been a disaster as box was was left in an open porch frpm where my wellingtons were stolen a month ago.

I ordered two gifts, posted 14th of December with 48 hour fracker delivery. One item arrived, the other has not, this is now the 20th of December. These were presents for Christmas and I am still waiting on a resolution. This is nothing to do with the quality of the gift I have received as it is perfect. However I am still waiting on one gift....

I bought this as a Christmas present so haven't yet discovered how good it was.

Delivered on time but packaging was very poor. Two items in a box that was much too big but no padding to stop them shaking about. Both were simply wrapped in a piece of tissue paper which was well torn by the time they arrived. The smaller item was a powdery product inside a thin cardboard box which had simple burst open. Luckily the powdery contents were still inside a polythene bag which was still intact. The cardboard box was damaged but by good chance the stuff I'd paid for was still intact.

Order delivered today, thank you Received message to say order has been delivered on 14 December and to check with a neighbour or in porch or shed, delivery address was my work address and as at 17 December it has not been delivered to that address, please confirm where my order is and who signed for it! Ordered 8 December and still not received on 16 December

Hello Betty, Thank you for your message. I've tracked this on our Order Tracking portal and it's showing that the item was delivered on the 14th. Is this not the case? Would you be able to see if it was a neighbour who signed for it? Alternatively could the item have been left in a shed or a porch? Please let me know and if not I will track it with the couriers and obtain a signature. Kind regards, Zak Edwards.

Delivery time was good. However, you made the items that I bought seem much larger than they actually were.

having placed an order and specifically ask if it could be delivered by a certain date (within the stated period) , I received a reply from customer service basically saying thank you / you can track your parcel. I did and it sat with the courier for 2 days ...despite further chasing ...and sadly i left for my holiday without the gifts and the parcel was delivered 4 hours after i departed my house . Disappointing

Unfortunately it was sat at the couriers for a little while which can sometimes happen at this time of year due to the volume. Delivery was quick which I liked, but the cardboard box was left outside in the rain and one of the gifts inside was water damaged :(

I was sad I couldn't use my voucher to cover postage so had to spend £3.99 in order to use it. I have another voucher but I don't want to use it because the postage is a lot and the voucher doesn't cover it.

Some of the stuff is excellent, great Santa gifts, however one of the things I brought for £5 was in the £ shop, that was disappointing. Good prompt service and delivery.

I had purchased some items which never arrived, when contacting customer services it was me who had to keep asking what can be done , and I had to repeat myself over and over online to get someone to give me an answer! When I had not heard after 2 days , I would submit again ! This went on for 6 days before being told a replacement was being sent, but after 4 days , still nothing!

Good selection of products and easy to use website. Delivery however was poor - an item that was described as being in Athens warehouse took a wek to arrive. Had I known it would take that long I would not have ordered it as it was a present for someone and didn't get to me in time

Item didn't arrive even though tracking said it was delivered, however; when I complained the item was resent and arrived the next day.
