The Cocktail Bath Melts I bought were disappointing as it was very small . They looked much bigger in picture. Delivery was time was fine.

Prezzy price looked good for small stocking filler but the price for postage was awful - almost the same price as the article. 2nd class postage would have been quicker on delivery and half the price.

Quick delivery, easy to order! Only problem was it came quite damaged, either from storage or during delivery.

Brilliant as a novelty. But not practical to be used even for the desktop as little to no suction.

The NUS website states they partake in student discounts, however this is untrue. Also my parcel arrived and was practically thrown at me at the door. When I opened the box one of the gifts was completely smashed to pieces, which resulted in it being late for a present, I complained and the company sent a replacement which came with air bags in the box, just a shame this wasn't done in the first place.

We do however try to do as many voucher codes and deals for students as possible. Took longer to arrive than it was advertised and box was all crushed when arrived but that's down to there choice of courier.

My order was missing an item but following a few emails I have been advised that the missing item will be sent on. Easy to contact this company and a fast response to my problem. As a result I have not given a poor rating subject to delivery. If my goods arrive before Xmas I will use Prezzybox again.

The products on the whole was good and exactly as described. Unfortunately the packaging was badly damage internally on one item letting it down as a gift and another item the engraving was so small I had to look 3 times to check it was actually done. This has meant I had to tell my friends husband to get her to look closely at it when she opens her present. Not the impact I was looking for :(

Most of presents arrived quickly, I'm still waiting for one which was personalised so understandably would take longer. A box for one present was slightly dented and torn and a tin for another present was a bit dented also. I'm not sure if this could have happened on it's journey perhaps. I had a slight issue where one of my personalised gifts, arrived without the personalised piece on it but after a phone call this was quickly resolved and another one sent out.

Products were all as described and in good condition but delivery took over a week, although that may have been due to me placing the order on Cyber Monday.

Gift was a good price and delivery date stated was good. However the actual delivery was late and missed the birthday, which for a child was quite traumatic! Customer service were courteous, understanding and polite and refunded me the delivery charge. The gift is now in my cousin's hands - I hope it is what she wanted as I haven't heard anything!

The items I ordered were as expected but the packaging was broken and open when I received it. Prezzybox said they would raise this with their delivery company.

Because the goods were delivered late our parcel was left out in the rain for four days whilst we were away from home.

Postage is a bit excessive and makes the item more expensive than going to the shops but the convenience of ordering from home makes up for it a bit.

Hello Christine, Thank you for your message. We appreciate what you are saying. We try and keep our delivery costs as low as possible and also try and sell the products as competitively as we can. We'd love to give free delivery but it would mean that we'd make a loss on most of our orders (which the bosses wouldn't like!!!). It was easy to order and all my products arrived very quickly. The products I bought are for Christmas gifts so at the moment I have no idea if they good gifts or not.

Delivery was quick. Product was much smaller than I expected and I felt a bit disappointed. I have bought the relaxation lamp as a gift and so I cannot comment on how it works.
