“Prezzybox offerings are generally overpriced and some of their categorisation leaves a lot to be desired, but I found myself with a discount voucher and they stocked a gift my son wanted so I applied the two thus got it for a reasonable-ish price.”

“Decent selection of novelty items that suit a Secret Santa arrangement. Delivery all OK too and reasonably swift. What was tiresome was the relentless email marketing that started as soon as I'd bought something. Every day, push push push, far too much so I was forced to unsubscribe.”

“The delivery guy chucked it over the back garden and it rained so the box was soaked when I got it. The products were in good condition though.”

“Well packaged and delivered on time. I don't agree with these being called "glass". They are not glass, they are plastic and should be described as such. I know that in the small print it states plastic but customers could still be mislead if they don't read the description thoroughly. Having said that everything else about them seems to be fine.”

“Purchased chocolate cows, dont know on the taste as they are a little wrap up for Christmas. Found the ordering very easy. My only down on it was the price!! Very, very expensive just for 4 chocolate cows!! It was a one off & unfortunatly wont be ordering again.”

“The item ordered was not as advertised. No frame and poor quality. To be fair, this came from an outside supplier and once I contacted Prezzybox direct to complain, they could not have been more helpful. Promised to contact their supplier and refund me cost of item with no quibbles.”

“Fast delivery and overall a good service. I think there are too many jigsaw pieces, they are tiny and take forever to complete. It would be so much better if you could preview your jigsaw before you order. I ordered a jigsaw of Delamere Forest where I met my boyfriend. Naive on my part as it just doesn't work as a jigsaw...it'll take ages to do and is way too difficult. That's £30 down the drain for me.”
