I was, mostly, pleased with the service and items purchased from Prezzybox. I did buy an experience voucher, however, that I had to obtain a refund on. The reason the refundxwas necessary is that the website did not list the date restictions included on the voucher. Customer service insisted they were unable to includexthis information in the listing saying it was only available from the activation website, which you cant get until the purchase has been made. Other websites, however, list all the information freely. I would, therefore, avoid purchases of this kind. There were no problems with my other purchases

I ordered a couple of presents and they turned up all thrown in a box together. No bubble wrap around them and hence each individual box was crushed and dented on the corners of each present. Please pack your items with more care. I will use you again as I like your gifts and to see if you have taken note and package orders better!

Ordering form NZ to send to a family member I was expecting to be able to select a gift wrap option write a message. Disappointed that there wasn't this option.

I didn't find anywhere to write a message for my friends birthday that would be attached to the present when it was delivered. So I got to paying for the present and realized there was no message with the present. If there was an area to write a message on the site it wasn't very obvious

Quick delivery & item as described but hugely disappointing for a "gift conpany" that you don't do gift wrapping or gift messaging!

The recipients did not receive the gift I sent, even though it said it was signed for. You are currently looking into this. I'm not happy.

'Sweet Words' item was very cute. Purchased the 'BIRTHDAY' one so got 8 little boxes of different sweets in each box. Major downfall though is that those little boxes are simply placed (and sent) in a plain corrugated rectangular cardboard box, which not only isn't aesthetically ideal if being given as a gift, but also the post office had scribbled all over it by the time it had reached me...so was not presentable in that box as a gift at all. And finding a suitably sized/shaped box as a replacement was impossible! Delivery took about a week.

While the products were good and delivery quick the bath melts were slightly damaged in transit as these are a present I was a bit disappointed.

Bought the personalised book 'BloodLust' not read it yet, all looks good, my only negative comment would be that there were no ref to how many pages, words, etc so no idea of how big the book was

This made for a great gift to mark my brothers 19th and him starting university - he's all set for freshers week now! Fun novelty gift for those who like to have a laugh and are always up for or (in my brothers case) forget to prep for fancy dress

Service was very good and the product itself was lovely. However, I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the engraving that we asked for as it wasn't even straight. It was too late to return as it was a 60th birthday gift and was needed the very next day. It was a shame as I felt it spoilt what was a lovely personalised gift.

It says you dispatch between 2-3 days but it actually took over a week.

Your confirmation email stated that your delivery would be between 07-09 Sept, which is around a week from the date of ordering. The Pac-man ghost lamp is great! But the spray can clock feels cheap and not worth buying and it's a pain to put the batteries in as you need a very small screw driver to open the back and changing the time settings is confusing and has no instruction on how to.

The items I ordered are a lot smaller than I thought. The way the picture showed the pamper kit I was particulalry surprised at the size. Delivery was good and I was kept up to date via email very well.

ordering was easy, delivery was not. took 3 days after due date and six phone calls to get order to our house. If i hadnt phoned i dont think it would have arrived at all. objected to having to chase so much.
