I ordered personalised mr and mrs cups but the quality was very poor (something similar to buying market goods) I ordered personalised book that also was of poor quality and also misprint of name .

There was no facility for personal messages.Even a card enclosed would have been helpful.We paid extra to have the thing delivered on a certain day...then it arrived 2 days early...So other than cleaning up your act in these two points....which ARE important....Novelty was well re ei ec.

We are more than happy to add a message to your delivery upon request and are also working on adding this feature to the ordering process in the near future. Regarding your delivery, your order was placed on an express service just before the weekend with an estimated arrival of Monday, 17th. It is unusual for our couriers to deliver on a weekend, however, we only offer an estimated arrival date - we cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date unless the order is placed on an Express service before 1pm the day before, or a Saturday delivery. There was no option for me to write a note that was accompanying my gift which was disappointing and is something that may be something that would make me consider not using the site again

Not use it to much but my face has been sore since I did use it as padding is a bit hard, don't know if I will continue to use it.

I've ordered a set of 'Jedi Tongs'. The article arrived quite promptly but it was faulty - no sound! These tongs were intended as a gift for a friend in the USA - where we'll be traveling at the end of the month. Luckily I've ordered the gift early and even more lucky, I opened the box and checked the tongs! I've now returned the faulty tongs but have not had any response from Prezzybox (7 days). It will now depend on how they manage the returns process, i.e. the replacement tongs works OK and cost of the mail is refunded, on how I'll rate them as a supplier.

Sadly my item was damaged in transit, but Prezzybox agreed to refund me, without any argument. When things go wrong this is the best possible way of behaving. Well done!

I really liked the goods I ordered but unfortunately I seem to have got muddled with the order. As there were two candle holders involved I had to press it for two. I am now received two completely identical orders. I presume I cannot send one set back as they have been personalised. I therefore paid £50.00 ish for something I should have only been paying £25.00 for. I realise it was my mistake but the site was veru confusing. The goods are great so my only complaint. If you could take two back and give e a refund it would be great! penelope vandy

The items I ordered were of good quality and arrived very promptly as I had paid for fast delivery. What was unfortunate was the outer packaging on one of the gifts for my wife's birthday was damaged (great big hole in the plastic box). This didn't affect the contents of the present and we are not ones to moan about something so trivial. We obviously understood it had been damaged in transit, just hope it doesn't happen to someone else's stuff of more value. Will probably return to prezzybox as they do offer some nice and fun things. Might just be wary of what I order next time to avoid disappointment.

I was disappointed with the fact that the picture they displayed had certain symbols on it but when i wanted to type in my personal message it would not allow me to use those symbols. Overall the product was nice and was of a good quality.

Product is really good, packaging was poor, delivery time was quoted as three days ended up being nearly 7, second time prezzybox has let me down. shame their products are good but crap service
