Disappointed in edible bugs smaller packets than pictures on site appear.

Hi, so far I have placed 2 orders and received only 1. I have attempted to contact via email but keep getting a mailer demon reply as not contactable!!! Very frustrating as I had been happy with purchase up to now. Item still not received is for a Christmas present so would like to receive it asap. Sent someone else's parcel with mine and the packaging was damaged and not in a suitable condition for me to use to provide the present I had brought.

The gift came the same size I expected and quicker than i thought as well, but the cost of the delivery was almost the same price as the gift which I think is a bit of a rip-off. Apart from that everything seemed quite ok

This arrived with one of the stones in pieces but a replacement was quickly sent. Good customer service. The stones are smaller than I thought they would be and as this is a gift it has not been used yet. Looks good though.

I am disappointed as the name on one book was spelt incorrectly. Worried if I send back won't get return in time???

This was a prize from a well known company. The postage cost more than the actual item. It did arrive promptly however!

The product was great, no problems. The delivery time was not so great however. Arrived 5 days later than it should have. With this being a birthday present you can imagine that this was quite stressful. The gift luckily arrived a few days before it was required but I wish I was given a more accurate delivery time

I'm still waiting for my parcel. Apparently they cannot u fees rand why there was an issue with delivery and it looks like it's Hermes which doesn't surprise me as they are not the best. As for customer service they were very good. I emailed them and they have continued to respond and a new item is now being sent out. A bit late as I wanted it for a birthday that has just gone so looks like it will be their Christmas present now.

My parcel was a little the worse for wear when it arrived and it wasn't delivered to the closest PO but maybe neither of those things can be controlled by you. I think some extra wrapping may have helped tho

When delivered my package was left next to the car when it was raining even though I have a porch it could have been left in. Happy with the product though.

Non reply to my query I sent to the website for an undelivered item by its chosen courier service which eventually arrived late. Items received for a gift to someone, but poor communication service for customers to inquire deliver situation.

The perfume making kit I ordered was delivered on time and we'll presented, however, the perfume atominiser I ordered was personalised very well but it was just bubble wrapped no box or presentation for the price I thought this was really poor.

I ordered a pair of sandle socks and a grow a christmas tree kit. I love both the gifts, they are for stocking fillers I mainly have an issue with packaging and delivery. Both of these items were packed in the same bag, which is fine but the problem was that the Christmas Tree kit has a compost disk in so when I open the package, the lovely socks were covered in bits of compost from the tree gift! I was rather annoyed with this. Either the socks or the tree just needed to be in another bag, still wrapped together but just so the compost didn't get everywhere! A little common sense when packing seemed to go a miss! The package was delivered on a rainy day and as I was not in was just chucked over the fence and sat in the rain on my patio! Thankfully the package wasn't fragile and luckily not damp but that did disappoint me! But products brilliant!! :)

Could not get the Times I wanted, had to make do with the Guardian for the correct date. Had to wait ten days before it finally arrived. Presentation and packaging was all acceptable.

Reasonable delivery, apparently good product (this was a gift) but also NO note with delivery saying who gift was from. Not so good@
