Nice present but shame it wasn't delivered within the time it stated (2 days late) so disappointing as was a birthday present.

The recipient of the prezzybox gift was very pleased with her item and gift looked good in the photo which she sent me. However I was a little disappointed of the time scale in delivery. I will have to order well in advance if I am to use this service again. I won't rule it out!

Bought the retro slush maker. Instructions were very poor and couldn't get it to slush. You tube clip better advice. Feels weak plastic. Not tried the ice cream maker yet. Takes a lot of ice and you have to stand by and feed it in. Quite noisy too.

My one criticism is of the 'Secret Agent Alarm Clock' (the gun shaped clock). It took me over 40 minutes (and a broken nail!) to get the battery cover back on, and as for setting the time - useless. It seems to decide a time it wants to set and I found it impossible to alter it. The buzzer went off (without me setting an alarm) then stopped, then an hour later, went off again and wouldn't stop, until I removed the batteries! Not a success, I'm afraid. I'd recommend some more useful instructions, such as a leaflet, rather than the vague sentence or two on the package. Otherwise, very satisfied with the other items I ordered.

Pleased with how quickly my gift was dispatched but disappointed that I registered the name for my flower on line on Monday 22nd June and it said certificate would be with me within 48 hours. 3 days later not arrived and had to go on anniversary weekend without that extra special part.

The quality of the products I received were very good, but the delivery was a let down. Came two days later that the latest date I was told, and so it was too late to give to a long distance friend I was seeing! Not sure I'd risk it again.

service and speed were excellent but the description of the product was misleading - it reads "and with three AAA batteries to get it working, they just simply pull down on the bulb to turn it on or off" - when it doesn't come with AAA batteries. Disappointing as I chose to buy from prezzybox based on the price including bats.
