“I ordered 25 items which came in good time however I have responded to them twice about one item that was missing and not heard anything yet! Also it's annoying how low the prices for everything has gone, I rekon I could have got everything cheaper from other sites but just wanted to do a full shop online on one website for xmas this year”

“There was a picture of Pac man in the advert that I can't find on the game,the games are more Commodore c64 rather than retro arcade games,if you had a retro Sega arcade controller I would buy that today,but this one is ok for the price”

“The items arrived in good form, and were exactly as described on the website. The only thing is the items arrived 2 days after the last day of the estimated delivery which caused me some problems, so maybe I would suggest a more extended delivery estimate.”

“Easy to order and package arrived swiftly however I was hugely disappointed when it arrived! The 80's TV quiz is American and has no relevance to British TV (35 years ago there was a limited number of US tv programmes on our screens unlike today!) As a gift this was not going to hit the mark and I had no option but to go to the shops in search of the perfect present. In future I won't waste my time or money, I will just go to the high street in search of the perfect Christmas gift!”

“I was given no notice of when my parcel would arrive and therefore i was at work when delivery was attempted, a card was left informing me the delivery would be attempted the next day which was lucky because it was my day off, my only day off, i waited in all day for my parcel to be redelivered as informed, but no delivery was attempted, when i eventually did recieve it the packaging was very battered, so my issue isnt directly with Prezzybox directly but with you choice of courier, very poor compared to other delivery services, Thankyou”

“I was pleased with all items except for one. I ordered a personalised tea box which ended up giving me splinters and was of very poor quality, especially for how much I paid for it. The contents within the box (the teabags) seem of poor quality too. Disappointed with that one item.”

The personalised tea box is directly dispatched from the supplier and not from our warehouse meaning we cannot check for quality before it has arrived.
