“1st time using Prezzybox. Got a good selection of gifts not found on the high street. Ordered a gift for my dad, came by courier couple of days later. Reasonable delivery costs no complaints here! Definitely could be my go to site in future”

“Excellent service. From beginning to end of order everything was smooth running. Have to say I was disappointed initially when I thought delivery would take between 3 to 6 days. However, imagine my delight when product was delivered within 2 days, and that, would you believe, was to the highlands of Scotland. Thank you so much. Moira Lang, Oban”

“If you pay by paypal it by passes the section to put in a special message so the person knows who it's from. It also put the statement in there too. The service was quick and reasonably priced but unfortunately due to the payment method my friend never got a goodwill message from ourselves”

“Great product choice, my fiancée loved her birthday gifts. Had an issue with the initial delivery of the items, not being on the day it was initially booked for, ( I had paid for express delivery) and prezzy box team replied very quickly and looked into it, and even though it was the fault of the delivery company, gave me a full refund of the extra shipping cost on the same day. Couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be coming back to them again.”
