“Needed presents for family Secret Santa, max £10. Brilliant choice of useful and not so useful gifts, so many it was actually difficult to choose in the end! “Sorry but your couriers hermes has really let you down. Left my parcel out in the rain it got wet it was also left in between our wheelie bins in a public alley way. Great job hermes.”

“Amazing, I was anxious because what I order was glass and has previously smashed during delivery from another company but this one was packaged perfectly and I could see little likelihood with anything smashing in the way it was packaged. It also arrived before the delivery date which was an added plus.”

“Tracking said delivered 21.30 on11nov.IT WAS NOT. It was delivered on12 Nov at 13.20. Tracking in this case was useless. Happy with items. In my opinion there are better delivery firms about. Have a good xmas”
