“The service from prezzybox was excellent.. very quick to dispatch. However, that it when it experience ended, as Hermes act as the courier. Knowing that Hermes aren’t the most reliable, I was constantly tracking, and was given the time slot of 13.00-15.00. Now, I live in a flat which is easily accessible, but the doorbells do not work… so I waited outside. I waited outside for the entire time slot… I was so cold, but still continuing to track my order. I waited until 15.41, yet no order arrived. I tried to contact Hermes, as the tracking hadn’t updated. They said that I needed to take action… so decided to use the online chat, unbeknownst to me that it was a computer that I was trying to talk with. The online chat confirmed that the courier “could not deliver’ and that I needed to supply them with a code to enter for them to deliver When I tried to explain that there was no code needed, and that I had been waiting outside, it stopped the chat and said that if I wanted to continue, then I would need to reply “hello” I am waiting to hear from them again to see if they are going to redeliver what I have purchased. Very disappointed with Hermes, and questions if I will purchase again… not because of prezzybox, but because of Hermes as the courier”

“Well I still haven’t received anything even though I’ve been told it’s been dispatched. Plus I’ve been told there’s no tracking information to be able to track it?!”
