“Easy to use with good images and excellent descriptions. The communication for acknowledging my order with expected delivery etc... was great. But I wanted use PayPal as my payment method and although the logo was shown, it wasn't clear when or where to signify using PayPal”

“Nice easy website, but I did think the post delivery charge was expensive. I ordered socks for 19.99 which was ok but then after the total was about 24 pound which is a lot for a pair of socks!”

I'm sorry you felt the delivery price was expensive, we have a set standard price for delivery to cover everything, no matter how big or small the order. We like to only charge delivery per order, rather than per item. :) We hope you choose to shop with us again in the future.

“I have ordered from here before and the service and delivery times are good. I would say that it would be helpful if when you gave feedback the reply was slightly quicker but I understand that there may be lots of people that you have to reply to.”

Thanks for the wonderful 4 star review! For these items we always recommend giving the name a wipe over with a damp cloth, this will take away any smudges from the laser engraving and should bring it out more :) Hope this helps! Thanks for shopping with us
