So far not very impressed, parcel not arrived despite being told it would be here between 8th and 10th Dec. Tried to track order but said sorry, no result!!

Ordered a very expensive experience package and its only an email code yet despite me phoning them and emailing them It has still not been resolved. Will probably be asking my cc to refund me

Sorry but we still haven't received our order by the 6th As stated, when we try & track it it says not recognised. No response on an email. Love to cancel the order as we don't need the items now. Too late as we are seeing the recipients today.

This is the first time ordering from prezzybox. What a disappointment. Delivery was supposed to be between the 3rd and 6th December,now the 9th.still waiting on a time sensitive parcel. Won't be using prezzybox again.

Ordered a marshmallow advent calendar for my son. Due 1-3rd December, chased on the 6th told it would arrive on the 7th. Now 8th Dec and no response from Prezzybox. This is the first year my son has never received an advent calendar so thanks for that prezzybox. Won't be placing any further orders.

Placed an order for 1 item, and paid a pricey £7.99 for "Guaranteed next-day delivery" as the item was needed ASAP for a relative's birthday in only a few days time. Three days have gone by, and I haven't even had an "item has been despatched" email. I therefore have had no tracking number whatsoever. This is really unacceptable - a company should not be able to charge customers £7.99 for "Guaranteed" next-day delivery and then have such significant delays. Even if the delay is the courier's fault (I know that Evri, which I believe Prezzybox use for express delivery, has issued apologies for a huge number of delays in their parcel deliveries), Prezzybox should NOT be offering a service described as "Guaranteed" next day-delivery if the company is well aware of significant courier delays. There was no disclaimer about sucy delays, and Prezzybox was quite happy for me to place my order whilst letting me pay extra for very pricey express delivery despite the fact they must have known that there were significant delays and that "Guaranteed next-day delivery" was impossible to fulfill. It seems to me like a real lack of transparency and honesty from Prezzybox. I can only conclude that they care more about capitalising on the December boost in purchases (due to it being almost Christmas) than looking after their customers and preventing disappointment by being honest and transparent. I will never be using Prezzybox again, and I will be requesting a refund for falsely advertised express delivery. I will also be highlighting this issue with consumer watchdogs.

Still waiting for my order to arrive. I've sent 3 messages but with no response. Cannot track it because it says no parcel to track. If I haven't received it by the end of the week I'd like my money back please

I ordered an item on the 29th of November to be told it will be with me between the 2nd-5th of December. It is the 6th of December with no update as to why it is overdue and it hasn’t even been received by the courier service due to deliver it yet so at this point not sure when it will be delivered. Very poor customer service
