I was most disappointed that the postman had left my delivery out in the rain. No note was put through the door to say it had been delivered. I opened it and everything was ruined!!! I contacted Prezzybox and they have [promised a full refund

Beyond disappointed with Prezzybox. Placed an order which was for a football stadium tour e-voucher. I would have thought it would be instant delivery but the email said it would be sent the following day. 5 days later and a phone call to Prezzybox, I am still without the evoucher AND to make matters worse, didn't have the voucher to give as a birthday present to give my son. So disapponted - I'll not use Prezzybox again.

Good variety of items however not great postage handling, when I received my package it was very badly damaged and crushed. One whole corner completely caved in and damaged the box of my item also. Would think twice before ordering from here again.

Ordered two plaques for 21st birthday presents. My order was confirmed by email and delivery was promised by 3 November. I rang on 3rd to see where my order was, as I hadn’t heard anything since receiving the confirmation email my to be told my order had been CANCELLED!!!! Seemingly Prezzybox don’t deliver to Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom. There was absolutely nothing on the website to advise this - to say I was angry is an understatement - when were Prezzybox going to inform me that they had cancelled my order and arrange a refund if I hadn’t rang today - totally rubbish customer service

Ordered an item and it didn't turn up so had to email customer service to be then told the item I ordered was out of stock. I checked online and it stated they had my order in stock but customer service then said there was a error on their website. My order was then cancelled which is very frustrating when it was for a birthday gift this coming week. Very unhappy 🙁

I ordered multiple items one was delivered it took me pointing out three items missing before I was informed they are out of stock so now offering a refund bad business practice disappointment now wondering how long my refund will take I would not of paid postage on one item only paid as ordering lots so caught out on that too, if out of stock update system it is not hard in the age of computers, false promises disappointed customers

I ordered all for my husbands 60th birthday presents, paid, had confirmation email to then get an email to say sorry we don't deliver to Northern Ireland!!! Why didn't this come up when I put my address in for delivery plus have to wait 3 to 5 working days for my refund and had to go elsewhere and reorder and now the gifts won't be here in time.

It wasn’t that great I ordered a lighter and it came with no liquid in and it was tiny you charged me for delivery and it was £10 not worth it at all I was disappointed with what I received

Do not rely on PrezzyBox to deliver your gift on time, even if you choose next day or Saturday delivery because they certainly didn’t deliver for me. When you call yourselves “PrezzyBox" you need, at the very least, to be able to deliver presents on the day required, otherwise why bother...
