I returned home after a day out to find my Prezzybox parcel standing on my doorstep. The weather was damp and cold and the parcel was saturated. I have spent the last few hours drying out the contents. Leaving a parcel unattended on the doorstep and open to the elements is , frankly, unacceptable and if that is how Prezzybox believe that their goods should be delivered then I don't think I shall be ordering again.

I can’t review the item I have bought from Prezzybox.com as I haven’t yet received the item I have paid for. I can put in a review about their sale of terms that are not entered on their website as far as I can see with regards to a price change after the first order didn’t go through by no fault of my own but the banks as they didn’t allow the order to go any further by their security rules. I had to go to the Bank the next day and explain what I wanted to do, they apologised and sent me the security number I should have had. I then re-ordered the item after Prezzybox sent me an email saying you’ve left something in the basket. After the re- order went through I have been charged an extra 50 pence, which isn’t a lot but after only a day or two the price jumped up with no indication that I could see on the website that Prezzybox can change their prices at anytime. So to say the least I was a bit surprised, so I might buy from another website where i can buy the same item at a lower price. I hope my husband likes the item I have bought him for Xmas.

Would not order again the bottles when I ordered them appeared to be boxed and I thought they would make lovely gifts, No boxes just bottles. Very disappointing and not what i wanted at all. Very poor presentation for the gifts I required. Janet Leighton/

Absolutely appalling. Advertised a product at a price which I paid for and received not only notification of receipt but the voucher for the product which was a present to then receive an email two days later saying they had priced wrongly on their website and had now rescinded the voucher and would refund the payment. No offer of compensation or explanation despite me emailing back. Make your own mind up

I was most disappointed that the postman had left my delivery out in the rain. No note was put through the door to say it had been delivered. I opened it and everything was ruined!!! I contacted Prezzybox and they have [promised a full refund

Beyond disappointed with Prezzybox. Placed an order which was for a football stadium tour e-voucher. I would have thought it would be instant delivery but the email said it would be sent the following day. 5 days later and a phone call to Prezzybox, I am still without the evoucher AND to make matters worse, didn't have the voucher to give as a birthday present to give my son. So disapponted - I'll not use Prezzybox again.

Good variety of items however not great postage handling, when I received my package it was very badly damaged and crushed. One whole corner completely caved in and damaged the box of my item also. Would think twice before ordering from here again.

Ordered two plaques for 21st birthday presents. My order was confirmed by email and delivery was promised by 3 November. I rang on 3rd to see where my order was, as I hadn’t heard anything since receiving the confirmation email my to be told my order had been CANCELLED!!!! Seemingly Prezzybox don’t deliver to Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom. There was absolutely nothing on the website to advise this - to say I was angry is an understatement - when were Prezzybox going to inform me that they had cancelled my order and arrange a refund if I hadn’t rang today - totally rubbish customer service

Ordered an item and it didn't turn up so had to email customer service to be then told the item I ordered was out of stock. I checked online and it stated they had my order in stock but customer service then said there was a error on their website. My order was then cancelled which is very frustrating when it was for a birthday gift this coming week. Very unhappy 🙁

I ordered multiple items one was delivered it took me pointing out three items missing before I was informed they are out of stock so now offering a refund bad business practice disappointment now wondering how long my refund will take I would not of paid postage on one item only paid as ordering lots so caught out on that too, if out of stock update system it is not hard in the age of computers, false promises disappointed customers
