I am very disappointed in my experience with Prezzybox. I ordered a gift for my mum, which never arrived and when I contacted them, they simply said, sorry the item is out of stock and we will refund your money. This is such poor customer service and it still left me without a gift for my mum. I live in New Zealand and have used your company previously, so am so very upset by the whole experience

I ordered a gift on the 8th December, and was informed on the 21st that it would not arrive. This was not sufficient time to order an alternative.

Ordered on 15th Dec, paid extra and delivery should have been Tuesday 20th or Wednesday 21st. Ordered 4 items for Chrismas presents. It's now the 29th Dec still no sign and the tracker says its not even reached the courier and is still with the sender. Won't see the people again who's presents they were till spring so what an absolute waste of money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

Didn't come when promised Says it was delivered and left on front porch which as I don't have one means it was left outside in the rain. I'll find out when I get home tonight or tomorrow (if it's still there!)

Ordered on 15th December was not dispatched till 22nd December paid for express delivery did not arrive before Christmas received parcel on 28th December 13 days later will not order from here again, I will not recommend to anyone very disappointed.

Still haven’t received my order which was due to be delivered between 17th and 24th December - it’s now the 28th…….. Order wasn’t dispatched until a week after it was ordered - it had no chance of being here for Christmas. The dispatch notification telling me it was dispatched also stated it would be delivered 17th- 24th Dec even though it was being dispatched on 20th Dec………very disappointed with the service…… won’t be using again.

Order of 3 items made 14-12-22. To date, 28-12-22, items still have not been received. They were meant as a Christmas present for my wife from our 3 grand children. Most disappointing!!!!

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Placed order and paid for next day delivery. After a week and no update contacted customer service in every way possible with no response. I’ll never use this company again.

Still waiting on my order....Hahahaha. Ordered on the 13th and tomorrow will be the 28th. Can't blame you completely though as Royal Mail are a mess just now. If that's who you use?

If i could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling services, customer service is unresponsive. parcel never got delivered despite paying for faster delivery, this was due to 'technical issues' but i wasn't aware of this. took ages to get through to customer service for a refund. absolutely disgusting, worst company ever. I have never been so frustrated or disgusted by a company before. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Terrible company. Product with personalised printing on it had half the face missing. Very slow to reply to emails and when they did they said they were sorry my item got lost in the post! It wasn’t lost, I received it but it was rubbish. Useless company. Read trustpilot reviews before using Prezzybox

Ordered with Prezzybox.com and paid extra for postage, nothing turned up for over a week. Wrote to them and waited 2 more days for a reply, said was a problem in the warehouse. Dispatched the items ordered and 12 hours later said 2 items were discontinued and not in my delivery. Asked for at least postage to be reimbursed and still no response in nearly a week. Very disappointing!
