Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Placed order and paid for next day delivery. After a week and no update contacted customer service in every way possible with no response. I’ll never use this company again.

Still waiting on my order....Hahahaha. Ordered on the 13th and tomorrow will be the 28th. Can't blame you completely though as Royal Mail are a mess just now. If that's who you use?

If i could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling services, customer service is unresponsive. parcel never got delivered despite paying for faster delivery, this was due to 'technical issues' but i wasn't aware of this. took ages to get through to customer service for a refund. absolutely disgusting, worst company ever. I have never been so frustrated or disgusted by a company before. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Terrible company. Product with personalised printing on it had half the face missing. Very slow to reply to emails and when they did they said they were sorry my item got lost in the post! It wasn’t lost, I received it but it was rubbish. Useless company. Read trustpilot reviews before using Prezzybox

Ordered with Prezzybox.com and paid extra for postage, nothing turned up for over a week. Wrote to them and waited 2 more days for a reply, said was a problem in the warehouse. Dispatched the items ordered and 12 hours later said 2 items were discontinued and not in my delivery. Asked for at least postage to be reimbursed and still no response in nearly a week. Very disappointing!

I ordered presents two working weeks before Christmas. The order wasn't dispatched by Prezzybox until 7 days later. It still hasn't arrived after two weeks so has missed Christmas and is of no use to me.

Paid for express delivery and didnt receive. They ignored requests for information and a request to change delivery address meaning my dad didnt get a Christmas present! Still no response to request for refund

Won't sbop here again. Paid Iver £7 for next day delivery and fit it the day after next day. Too late. I paid the extra as I needed next day.

I ordered early December with guaranteed delivery for Christmas and it’s still not here. I appreciate Royal Mail have been on strike but this was planned so as a company you should have used an alternative courier.

If you are thinking of ordering from Prezzybox, i really wouldn't. Disasterous order - paid for express delivery to ensure received it in time to give as a gift. Delivered as promised, but wrong item sent. Was just going to use what they sent, but saw that the food gift was 5 months after the Best Before date (5 months!!!!!), so couldn't gift that. Tried to call Prezzybox and just got a pre-recorded message saying they were busy, then it cut the connection. Tried the online form, and received an email saying item had been sent out. Tracking number just linked to the initial delivery, and 11 days later nothing has turned up and no courier notification, so seems like nothing was really sent. Sent another online form (call center still just disconnected any calls), but got nothing back. Just received an automated email saying sorry it had taken so long, but they hope the issue had been sorted (nope, it hadn't!). Replied to the email, but no response yet. Item ordered 9th Dec, still not sorted 24th Dec, with no communication other than inaccurate automated emails.
