The item itself was OK but delivery was such a nightmare, it completely overshadowed any satisfaction or otherwise with the product. I was repeatedly assured that the shipment was on its way and I phoned every day when it didn't arrive. I was given a different reason for the delay every time with an assurance that the shipment was on its way. It would have been better if I'd been told it wasn't coming and then I could have gone out and bought replacements.

Please accept our apologies for the poor delivery you experienced, this is not the level of service we want for our customers. We went through a warehouse and delivery fulfilment change last year which has caused delivery delays for a number of our customer orders over the Christmas period. Order placed on 18th January for birthday present - as yet no delivery received. Chased order last week and was asked to wait as order could not be tracked (sent by post). Still no delivery and item no longer required

Paid for next day delivery and the present did not get there the next day as promised. I was refund the £5.99 for the upgrade so its not all that bad.

Item was not sent until several days after the estimated dispatch date, and nearly two weeks after ordering. Made a birthday gift late. Wouldn't order again.

Was emailed on the 15th to say goods dispatched to arrive 17th-18th ,it is now the 21st and still not arrived at the shop for collection.

I ordered and got confirmation of my order and was told to expect it within 3-5 working day and slightly longer for my personalised gift. Which i totally understand, however that arrived before expected and still no sign of my other orders. About 2 1/2 weeks later i eventually got my order i was expected to have within 3-5 working days. Got in touch with your customer service team, to find out that one of my products that i have ordered was out of stock and never asked until i got in contact if they want me to have them all posted at the same time or the ones in stock and the out of stock products after. However the next day or 2 they had it in stock and sent it all out at once. But the point is, on your website stock that is out of stock comes up, this never and i never heard for your team to inform me it was out of stock and there would be a delay. So i arranged with work and lost half a days pay to wait for a product that never turned up (i needed to make sure i was there as that day as i knew no one would be home to get the parcel, which i know isn't your problem but just letting you know what exactly went on). So was a little annoyed however was patient waited as thought could be delayed somewhere, this then my partner was off work sick so was at home all week so no worries there. So my point is, i wish i got an email just the let me know that, yes my order is still waiting to leave due to one item being out of stock, or been got in contact to see if i wouldn't mind them at separate times. many thanks for listening, so hopefully next time there isn't an issue like this. I am still awaiting the main part of my order. It should have arrived by today. It is for a birthday present so am getting a bit anxious that it will not be here on time.

Tried to have Birthday present sent to a friend couldn’t put in a different delivery address so I phoned help line and left a message with delivery address and my contact number. I heard nothing back and order was delivered to wrong address. Items arrived fine but I had to arrange for an alternative present to be sent at extra cost

I paid extra for a Saturday delivery but the product wasn’t delivered until Monday. I sent a message expressing my disappointment and haven’t heard anything since.

I am really disappointed that I ordered the personalised rainbow book and pencils,I feel it was not as advertised and felt cheated that I’d paid £15 and all that had the name on was a small cardboard box and because I only recieved this two days before Xmas despite ordering on the 2nd dec it was too late to do anything about it Very disappointed feel conned Claire

I’ve ordered 2 products with one transaction, then received one product but not the other! I emailed twice and was told I would be given a reply. I’ve been waiting for a week now, and still don’t have my order!

Order placed on 02/01 was supposed to be delivered from 03/01 to 05/01. I was informed it had been dispatched on 04/01. Estimated delivery dates already in doubt. I followed the tracking information on Hermes site and on 05/01 was told it was out for delivery that day. It did not arrive. On 06/01 the Hermes site said it would be delivered that day. It bame at around 8:00 pm. As the package was being forwarded and 06/01 was a Saturday it meant I couldn't forward it until Monday. I've no complaint about the items but your delivery sucks!
