“There was an issue with my order . Within 5 minutes I was sent a refund and I was contacted with a clear explanation. This was great and unusual. I would definitely use and order from prezzybox again”

“The web site was easy to navigate, had a wide range of goodies for my grandchild which did make it difficult to choose. Ordering was straightforward and the goods delivered promptly. The smile on my grandchild when he saw the words prezzybox on the parcel was a delight.”

“Had a McDonalds voucher for Prezzybox but the site wouldn’t let me use it because I had some discounted items in my basket as well as full priced, which was a bit disappointing… However I still got my first few xmas presents and it was delivered quicker than I thought and straight to my door (which was a relief as we’ve had some stolen items from our reception area in the past). Thank you, Prezzybox.”
