“Ordered 2 baubles with photo of my mum who passed away in September for my sister's to hang on their trees.The picture on the bauble is darker than the one I uploaded and the Finnish is to shiny therefore making the photo very hard to see.Not impressed at all this was supposed to be a heartfelt gift to my sister's of our mum but I now feel I can't give them for Christmas.Also I can't send them back or get a refund as personalised items can't be returned if not faulty.”

“The item I ordered ( Drinking Roulette) was of good quality, at a great price point. It was a gift to one of my mates for his birthday, and we had a great time playing it. I was however disappointed to see that the delivery was by Hermes, which is notoriously unreliable, but thankfully my order came on time. Furthermore, the box that the game was delivered in was mishandled and dented in some parts.”

“It was a little late to tell us when our parcel was being delivered as we had gone out for the day and the info was too late to change our plans and I could not find anywhere on the website to say where to put the parcel. Having said that, it was delivered quickly and put in a sensible place.”
