“The item I ordered ( Drinking Roulette) was of good quality, at a great price point. It was a gift to one of my mates for his birthday, and we had a great time playing it. I was however disappointed to see that the delivery was by Hermes, which is notoriously unreliable, but thankfully my order came on time. Furthermore, the box that the game was delivered in was mishandled and dented in some parts.”

“It was a little late to tell us when our parcel was being delivered as we had gone out for the day and the info was too late to change our plans and I could not find anywhere on the website to say where to put the parcel. Having said that, it was delivered quickly and put in a sensible place.”

“Customer service is superb. When I made an error on my order, phoned & not only answered very promptly, my error was put right immediately and kindly! Delivery is prompt and items arrive well packaged. An excellent selection of gifts for all ages & things to suit even the most awkward person or those difficult to buy for. Have been using Prezzybox for a few years and always been excellent, I’ve found all sorts of presents that all been successes. Many thanks.”
