“Items easy to order and delivered with two days. Arrived a bit later than the time I was notified on the day but this could be expected given the time of year and the Covid situation.”

“It is nice to shop on, personally I think it is a bit overpriced and the delivery is too expensive but i enjoy buying gifts on there for loved ones”

“Ordered 2 baubles with photo of my mum who passed away in September for my sister's to hang on their trees.The picture on the bauble is darker than the one I uploaded and the Finnish is to shiny therefore making the photo very hard to see.Not impressed at all this was supposed to be a heartfelt gift to my sister's of our mum but I now feel I can't give them for Christmas.Also I can't send them back or get a refund as personalised items can't be returned if not faulty.”
