“A good range of gifts including personalised and novelty ideas. Down side is that for the price of the items I bought The cushion turned out to only be a cushion cover with no falling and the lights the box came in was misshaped and torn in places. Overall happy with purchases but better care would be encouraged to make it 5 stars.”

“Impressed with my products that arrived. But just one thing, I wish that they let me know, before purchase, that one item wasn't in stock and therefore would be delivered at a later date as I would of chosen a different gift. Instead I had to cancel and get a refund.”

“The order was delivered on time and was complete except for the following. There was a issue with the condition of the packaging which may have been the fault of Prezzybox or it may have been due to the delivery company, the packaging had become open at one corner. and one of the items, a Peacock Feather Tall Candle Pot was missing. As the items were to gift wrapped by me the recipient was not aware that there was an item less. Other than this the Service was excellent R Botterill”
