“Mum loved the unusually present. Only issue is not been able to specify a day for delivery. Due for delivery between 27Feb - 1 Mar but arrived 26th and nobody home. Otherwise a great item.”

“I previously left a bad review about a late (almost a week after ordering on 1-day delivery) and damaged item that I received awful customer service for. Since writing that review they have reached out offering a refund. Since receiving a very good response from the customer service team, explaining that I was asking for support from the wrong team. Although I suppose, that team should have been able to notice this and pass on the message to the right team anyway. They offered a full refund for the damaged item as well as the delivery. Despite the fact that the item was still damaged and late, there's nothing they can do to fix that, I now have a much better opinion of the company and would not be put off ordering from them again. All I could say is the process of contacting customer support could be improved.”

“Socks were great! The image on the socks are a little smaller than what is advertised on the image and the images are also printed in straight lines rather than dotted around as they are on the image. Apart from that, lovely material, fast delivery and nice product :-)”

“Good service, good experience. The foot massager ordered looks great and makes all the right noises but massage vibration very poor, almost pointless, wouldn't recommend buying. Prezzybox service very good though.”

“Glass was good quality, only downer was the glass was quite dirty and I gave it as a gift so when they opened it is when I noticed.”

“Orderd a few things for my little boys birthday forgot to click to get faster delievery so called up and it got sorted straight away theybwere so helpful the ladie I spoke to was very nice and my things came in perfect time could not be happier thankyou very much will order again in future”
