“Arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date. Package was well wrapped but tree was quite a lot smaller than anticipated.”

“Hi The item is absolutely lovely but when I opened the packaging the 2 hearts (with the message on and the wicker) were loose and the pieces of ribbon and string we’re just loose too. Wasn’t sure what to do with them because I thought it would come all ready to present? I’m not an artistic person so not sure if it looks presentable to give to my aunt for her 90th birthday now I’ve tied the heart with the message onto the wicker heart. I think it would be better that somebody at prezzybox that knows what they’re doing ties the hearts together. The hearts themselves are lovely, thankyou.”

“I brought the cup for my niece's 21st birthday, who absolutely loved the mug! My only problem which is not your fault was that I didn't have enough space to put my name on it. I had too many words of encouragement to give her as she has cancer and was in hospital at the time! But apart from that it was a lovely sentiment! Thank you.”

“Very nice product, however they did not make clear which font was which from the picture therefore I ordered a personalised bracelet which had a 'B' engraved on it, but did not look at all like a B. I fully understand why you cannot return it and the website made that very clear. I just think for future buyers it should be explicitly clear which font matches which photo. This has meant that unfortunately I am pretty unlikely to use Prezzy box again.”

“Great product and quick delivery but unfortunately the delivery driver threw the cardboard package over my back gate so it was left in the pouring rain, absolutely sodden by the time I got home, and the product inside got wet. It is a present and luckily has dried out after putting it near a radiator.”

“Very happy with the engraved photo frame I bought my Mum for Mother's Day. I've only had a quick look at it but it appears to be good quality, and it arrived quite quickly. Do be aware this is a 7x5 frame not a 6x4 frame. The only niggle for me is the price. When you add in postage this item costs almost £20, which for me is a little on the expensive side.”
