“Bought an item marked down in their sale. In perfect new condition, delivered swiftly (in spite of delivery just left at entrance without notification, usual for Evri). So all good.”

“Sadly the roses I ordered for my mother's funeral were so bad they were unusable and we had to get replacements from M&S on the morning of a truly stressful day. They had responded to my complaint on delivery with a 'they will get better' and an offer of a £5 refund. As you can imagine I was grieving and just wrote the whole experience off. Do not trust these people with anything important to you because they will let you down.”
