The package never got delivered to our address and every time we have called the company no one has answered or responded. Would not use this company again

Used a £5 voucher had £1.05 change, your website generated a code for the £1.05 so I came back to use it. It wasn't recognised and your customer services agents had no clue. Tried to combine both orders and get a refund of one postage, your customer services agent said no and was rude about it! I am still waiting for a refund of £1.05 on the second order! Not impressed for a first time customer and won't be using your site again and will discourage other people from using your site!

I ordered a valentine's day present and it's the 15th today and I still haven't received it. It was estimated to be delivered by the 14th. I even paid for delivery. There is no tracking system either

Order hadn't arrived between the expected delivery dates and upon notifying prezzybox they disregarded what I said and requested a replacement even though I said that it would no longer be of any use to me after a certain date. Still haven't received either item or a refund would not recommend to a friend.

Ordered a valentine's gift on the 31st of January, it's now the 11th of February and it hasn't even been dispatched yet. All i get from customer support is that "they will get back to me soon!", but now it's the weekend so presumably I will have to wait until the 13th of February for them to even start sorting this mess out. The gift I purchased will almost definitely not arrive by Valentine's day and even if it does it will be 7-10 days late of the original delivery estimate.

The letters tiles were on top of one another, didn't look as it was shown on picture at all. The poster had wrinkles in it :(

Present ordered 30th. Nothing arrived although said delivered on 1st. 2nd parcel sent on the 1st and still nothing arrived. Nobody picks up the phone. Nobody answers my emails. Nobody replies to Facebook messages. Avoid!

Did not recieve the order i expected, tried to get in contact in returning it but they denied me every time. All items should be refundable even personlaised ones!

I believe the item I bought was over charged 2/3 more of its real price, and I won't be buying from you any more.
