“Used a £5 voucher had £1.05 change, your website generated a code for the £1.05 so I came back to use it. It wasn't recognised and your customer services agents had no clue. Tried to combine both orders and get a refund of one postage, your customer services agent said no and was rude about it! I am still waiting for a refund of £1.05 on the second order! Not impressed for a first time customer and won't be using your site again and will discourage other people from using your site!”

“Order hadn't arrived between the expected delivery dates and upon notifying prezzybox they disregarded what I said and requested a replacement even though I said that it would no longer be of any use to me after a certain date. Still haven't received either item or a refund would not recommend to a friend.”

“Ordered a valentine's gift on the 31st of January, it's now the 11th of February and it hasn't even been dispatched yet. All i get from customer support is that "they will get back to me soon!", but now it's the weekend so presumably I will have to wait until the 13th of February for them to even start sorting this mess out. The gift I purchased will almost definitely not arrive by Valentine's day and even if it does it will be 7-10 days late of the original delivery estimate.”
