I ordered an in stock item on the 3Rd January and have not heard a thing! I rang this morning and was told I would be contacted by phone as the item was in stock but have heard nothing. Perhaps I should get my money back accompanied by an apology!

I'm still waiting on a package that originally went missing so I was told by customer services that a new one would be sent out and I have still not received the package I have emailed yourselves and had no reply so I won't be using you again and defiantly wont be recommending you

What a disaster. I buy an expensive 25th anniversary present for my wife before Christmas, it does not get delivered despite confirmation. I then complain and no one responds 48hrs later. What a joke!!

Ordered a personalised plaque for my grandma which I realised had the wrong spelling Ordered at 11.45 pm and wrote at 9.12 AM and waited 4 days then 3 days for replys to be told I have to buy a brand new one as my one had already been made by the time I notified them really??? Unless the factory is in China I don't belive this is true.. Not happy

I got a lighter and it missed out a name. The second I brought it I emailed them to say I missed a name and was told it's already dispatched. When it did arrive it was scratched and had a dent in it. When emailed and sent a picture it was totally ignored. Luckily they even got a 1*.

Placed an order on 16 Dec 2016 - that was split into 3 different deliveries. Two of them arrived (from different suppliers I think?) in good time. One of the deliveries did not and has still not. Wrote to query this 7 days ago and have the only acknowledgement was some automated email. Do you people even read these? This issue needs resolving because something has badly wrong at your end of things and the resposibilty of the delivery of goods - in good time - lies with you the supplier. I will again start counting the days to which there is any hint of a reply.

It hasn't arrived! I ordered it on 26th December 2016 to be delivered in 5days and it's now the 6th January 2017.

The speaker was bought as a gift for xmas. It doesn't work for more than a few seconds. After contacting Prezzybox 3 times now....still no closer to exchanging or refund. Really disappointed in your lack of customer service

Item still hasn't been delivered despite delivery estimate date being 30/12/16. Have contacted customer services to chase this however had no reply! Very unhappy.

I purchased a gift & it was not as advertised on your websight. Tried to return it and was refused as there was cardboard paper with a name on it. Absolutely discusted with this response .

Paid for express delivery, order arrived missing one piece of the order, have contacted prezziebox 8 times and am yet to hear anything since the first contact where I was told a replacement would be sent out straight away. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting

delivered to the wrong address ( as my paypal stored the old delivery address but emailed secs after to let them know to b told nothing they could do !!so call soild on number for 3 days with no answer... so received over a week later. opened up to find £16 worth of rubbish parts missing its leaking so cant b used !!!!! wont recommend

The worst service I have ever recieved. First of all charged me £9.95 for delivary when I had selected the £5.95 delivary and then when i contacted to discuss with them I was just ignored. I was then told that my items had been delivered and 2 hours later received an email telling me that actually one of the items was out of stock and would not be with me until after Christmas. When asking to make a complaint i was again completely ignored. A manager got in touch and kindly offered to refund the item and the postage - I have received sporadic refunds still not totalling the amount I paid and when I have contacted them to discuss this I have again been ignored!

Late Delivery beyond the given date, order was made on the basis that it would arrive in time for it to be delivered, I would like a refund.
