i ordered a giant popcorn inflatable lilo on the 25/01 & its the 03/02 & its still hasent been delivered to me at 21 legwood court yet.

Have not received my goods even though it says dispatched 24th January. There is no way of tracking the goods either!!!

Everything! I received no items and was not informed until 5 days later that the item was not available. The money had already been taken out of my account by this point. If an item is unavailable surely this should be stated at time of purchase. Customer Services did reply to a complaint I made but in exactly the same way previously!!

I placed an order on 19 January for my fathers birthday on 27 January. It wasn't until the day of his birthday when I discovered it hadn't been dispatched. After contacting you, I was told that part of my order had been discontinued and therefore my entire order had not been dispatched. I have now requested to cancel my whole order, with a full refund. I cannot believe that the item that hadn't been discontinued wasn't sent and that I had still be charged for the entire order!

I don't really want to write a review as I have yet to receive anything from them. That would imply an extremely poor service don't you think I placed an order on 20th i think of Jan and had to phone to ask where it was the lady I spoke to said it hadn't been dispatched and they would send it out straight away. It's the 29th today still no delivery, I think that's dreadful. I was told it would drive 24th originally in time for the event but that's so passed now.

It is nearly 2 weeks since I ordered my product and I still haven't received it even tho delivery was estimated at 3 to 5 days delivery

I ordered two personalised books for a christening. One book arrived but the other did not. I then had an email to say the other book had been sent to the wrong address so did I want it resent. There was no apology for the mistake and I felt that waiting for me to reply to the email wasted time as this could of been resent immediately. I then receive a package but it is a duplicate of the book I had already received, not the one I was waiting for. I emailed to explain this and didn't receive a reply. So I had to email again to chase this up. The book eventually got sent out. Even though it was already very late you didn't feel the need to send it first class!!!! It was franked in the 48hour post rather than send it via the 24hr option. Very poor service. No explanation given. I certainly wouldn't use this company again. I also do not feel the nursery rhyme book was worth the money. Just a thin soft back book. Really disappointed.

Next day delivery order with a premium arrived three days later. Upon arrival, I realized it was delivered via "Royal Mail" "Unsigned" normal pack. Despite contacting via emails twice and via paypal once, not reply. Cheater.

Item not delivered instead courier put note through door saying left in bin the once complaint made should hear back within 24hrs it takes a week and a further email to gain a response no refund and still no product not a happy customer

I've placed order (number 101744109) on 2nd of January expected delivery was till 6th of January but it didn't show up. After that I wait for few days and call for prezzy box customer service one of the advisors advise me that they didn't had item in stock ( online site showed that they item was available) , anyway then he sad that item will be available in next few days and he will send it as express delivery. Okey I agree to wait a bit. After week I still didn't get what I've ordered so I called customer service again. This time advisor sad that they don't have item in stock and they don't know when it will be available. I get really frustrated , so I asked money back . Advisor agree to refund cash into my account in next few days. Summary worst customer service I've ever had , they didn't contact me not even once so if I wouldn't call for them my self i would not get my order and either money. I will never use this site again and will advise for my friends to not do so.

Very poor communication, item cancelled without explanation, money refund took far too long. I would like to see what would happen if customers advised that they would not pay for items until 14 working days after delivery, which is the time taken for refunds to be actioned. On the whole a very unsatisfactory company to deal with - certainly the worst on the internet that I have had experience with.

My delivery was late despite paying a large amount on postage to get guaranteed delivery. I have attempted to contact Prezzy several times and I have never been able to speak to anyone. Really poor service.

I am still awaiting delivery of an order I placed on the 3rd of January, I wrote to your team and still have had no response! Very very disappointed! I ordered the Gamucci USB Starter Kit as a present for someone's birthday and it Still hasn't turned up!!
