3 items purchased, 1 didn't work at all from the get go, 1 male leather bracelet broke after 4 hours of wear. Have emailed twice with no response at all. Absolutely disgusted with company and customer service and articles bought. Prezzybox obviously don't care once they have you're money, they have no regard or respect for customer care at all.

Long delivery time. I purchased 4 products and 2 of them were faulty. No way to track the return process. No idea when the alternatives will be delivered. It would be great if customers are able to see the state of the process unless the process can be done faster.

The process of ordering was far too hard. Couldn't get my card accepted and had to phone to get the order taken. To be fair, the person handling my call was helpful but then I didn't get any e mail confirmation so I was in the dark as to when and if I was getting the gifts which I needed before Christmas. The delivery time was the longest of everything I ordered online before Christmas and when it did finally turn up, of the 3 items I ordered one of them was completely the wrong item. No time to send back and exchange so very disappointed

Item still hasn't arrived and it is now two weeks after it was expected. Everything on the website showed that it would be delivered by 19th December 2016 and it hasn't arrived. The item is showing as 'with courier'.

My order did not get sent. I phoned up and the person I spoke to said she would have it with me the following day. Something good did arrive but not the book I ordered. Still waiting on instraction how to return this at no cost to me.

It's 3 days past the date my item was supposed to reach me and i haven't received it yet. I am disappointed and annoyed that i haven't even received a reply regarding when it will reach me.

Disappointed wanted it in time for a present and hasn't even turned up ,so missed the birthday party it was meant for. And still not received it and being asked for a review!!! It's a joke,one disappointed customer.

Still waiting on the order I placed before Christmas. Paid £10 for Saturday delivery which didn't arrive. The item was marked 'will arrive by Christmas' and was supposed to be a present. Have contacted customer services twice and had no response.

I never recieved my delivery and when I called to chase it over the Xmas period no one answers the phone ! I was due to have it delivered on Friday 23rd December and when I called that day I was told it was dispatched and with the courier but yet nothing and with all the bank holidays I'm not even sure where it is ! The online tracker still says it is with the courier but now stupid late and no one answers the phone for me to talk to ! If someone can track this as I'm now £30 out of pocket and no parcel, which was Xmas presents !!

Your ad in big bold letters said "Get your gifts in time for Christmas " and not until I had paid £265 did it say "delivered between 23rd and 27th December . I spent hours searching your site for the right gifts to be let down at the last minute . Yo be told from one of your reps on the phone that they would probably arrive in time but no guarantee confirms that your site is guilty of misrepresentation . NOT GOOD

Ordered presents on the 21st December for Christmas, still not here and it's 1st January and I paid for next day delivery.
