I still have not received delivery that was promised before Christmas. Despite emailing twice and attempting to telephone with no answer I still have had no response. Would like to have my delivery soon please.

I haven't heard back from a complaint I made with regards to a faulty item. Not good customer service up till now.

delivery was promised by christmas in fact the 23rd december so i emailed to find out where and when it will arrive with no response so emailed again with no response bad customer service

One item turned up smashed to pieces - I emailed to make you aware within 24 hours as explained. I was notified it would take up to 48 hours to get back to me - that was 5 days ago and I have heard nothing from you

Excitingly ordered the Magniband Smartphone Image Magnifier on the 19/12/16 but sadly it never arrived! I did email prezzybox a couple of day ago & unfortunately I have heard nothing! Disappointed to say the least as it was supposed to be a Christmas present!

Ordered on 19 December for Christmas stocking fillers and didn't arrive until 29th so a complete waste of money and effort

The engraving on the box was poor. I asked for a replacement but was told that there was no way to rectify the poor engraving as a replacement would look exactly the same. Still awaiting a refund and customer services response is slow

I still haven't received my parcel, I have contacted Prezzybox on email and have had no reply. I have also tried to call with no success either. Terrible customer service.

Not all items were delivered, still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Numerous emails have been sent over the past week to try and contact prezzybox about this issue but no help has been given.

Bought 'Your Life In Pictures' book as a Christmas gift for my Mum. Arrived Christmas Eve - great job. On opening it was clear that this item had no quality control whatsoever. The inner book had been pasted onto the outer cover but at different angles both front and back, meaning the book was completely skewed. As it was too late to send back, I dismantled the book and re-bound it myself. Really disappointed however after I fixed the problem, it made a nice gift.

i ordered 3 items, I used the contact us returns sections to request a return of 1 tem, no reply, 3 times Ive tried to request the return. no reply.

I ordered what was supposed to be a Christmas gift, then received an email to say it had been dispatched the following day. Several hours later I received an email saying it was out of stock. I then got in touch with the customer services department to let them know I just wanted a refund as it would not be here in time, for them to tell me it had been dispatched. I have sent two more emails since this reply and had no response still, this was the 22nd December when I originally responded.

Part turned up incorrect, although delivery note was correct. Another part, listed as quantity 2, only one turned up. Your customer services are difficult to get hold of, at a busy time of the year, which is not a surprise, the expectation would be to have more staff on. The customer services team were able to fix one item and dispatch, however the other item was out of stock. Your website should reflect your stock levels to avoid disappointing your customers. Overall my review is : unreliable.

Used this site once and i never received my product also had no replacement or refund....i will not be recommending and telling people to avoid this site in the future.
