When I received my order one of the bags was open and the mix was EVERYWHERE and I attempted to contact Prezzy Box for a replacement but have yet to hear anything back.

Ordered stocking filler gifts for my daughter which did not arrive. Raised a concern 5 days ago and still waiting for an outcome along with a refund. Very poor service! Will be seeking a refund via my bank

It doesn't make picture bigger, doesn't focus and because your phone is in the box you can't hear anything waste of money

E-mails were replied to 6 days later, phone was never answered. Order was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas instead it came 5 days after Christmas.

Are you kidding me? Asking me to review your website? Bet this does not make your website! Absolutely apauling service, fact that even though I placed my order and was given est del date of 23rd still waiting to be shipped according to ur tracker EVEN though I paid extra. AND you have not responded to my several emails to you... Shocked you treat your customers so badly especially this time of year when people are buying presents for loved ones!!! Honestly have already told friends and family NEVER to use your sevices!

I am now even more infuriated that I have been asked to rate and write a review on this company given I am yet to receive a response to five complaints. Absolutely horrendous service. I will be ensuring all my friends and family know not to use this website and will be publicly writing about this on social media.

It was days after placing my order I received an email stating the items I had bought were actually out of stock and would be sent to be when they are ready. It has been over a week and I have not been told if my items are ready for delivery.

One of my items has still not shown up after trying to call endlessly and emailing. With no contact from prezzybox explaining why.

Order was meant to be delivered 21st December. It is now the 31st of December and no order has been delivered. The last update I had on tracking was that there was a delay on the 21st of December and "please allow 24 hours". I have no updates since and have emailed customer service twice but yet still no response!! Definitely will not be using again as I feel like they just wanted my money!!

I ordered over £70 worth of stuff prior to Christmas with the assurance that the items ordered would arrive in time for Christmas and here we are on 31st December still waiting for the order and no response from Prezzybox. I will never use them again and if you value your hard earned cash, I would advise your to steer clear!

Was told my Christmas present would arrive between the 21st and 23rd December and it didn't arrive and I have sent 2 emails since and I have not had a reply from either. Very disappointed

You've got a nerve asking for a review,when you absolutely ruined the present I DIDN'T GET !! I got the wrong newspaper plus it was just put in a poly bag & into a brown envelope, for £38.95,what a cheek,you've not even rectified the mess you made,said you'd be back in touch yesterday 29th Dec,but you've got time to ask for a review !! Its a pity there's never a ZERO to 5 on the stars,get this sorted

After placing an order and the website stating guaranteed Christmas delivery, I received an email telling me one of my items would not be delivered as it had been found to be out of stock. When a delivery arrived with what should have been two of the three items, there was only one item that I ordered and the other item wasn't what I had ordered. I wrote to you on your Facebook page the same day and am still yet to receive a reply a week later. It's not good enough. I will be telling all of my friends and family not to buy anything from you.

Not all bad one item is not perfect.sent the e/mail for returns.still waiting for them to get back to me.do not want exchange now want my money back.it is silver necklet.over £18.it is scratched and discourlered.

Paid extra for next day delivery to ensure delivery for Christmas. Item not received at all despite order tracking saying otherwise. Waiting for issue to beinvestigated & resolved. Reluctant to use site again.
