Product arrived broken. Tried to contact customer services. Repeatedly phone rang out with no answer. Used the online contact page, promised a response in a short time and no one has bothered to reply. Was left with a broken product and no present to provide for Christmas. Will not be using ever again.

Goods arrived quickly and well packaged but the order was missing an item which I still haven't receive despite being told it had been resent. One item had a part missing and I am still waiting for Prezzybox to respond to my email regarding this.

Pretty bad service, reasons: Gift wrapping not offered on a present service, poor user experience. Website badly designed, poor user experience. Present was signed for by incorrect recipient - the recipients name is unique and no mistake can be made - emailed Pressybox several days ago and even allowing for Xmas holidays I have not heard nothing back and have 2 rather upset nieces awaiting gifts or at least an explanation. Extremely poor user experience. You can guess if this company is ever getting any more money from me.

Did not deliver on time, did not deliver the correct item for my mum's 70th I had ordered champagne beautiful chocolates was so excited to open the present with mum...to my horror when she opened it there was 2 boxes of battered lindt chocolates put in and not the correct chocolates. I had no email explaining situation I emailed them about this suppliers had ran out of chocolates but they emailed saying they were being sent out on Thursday I understand it's been Xmas etc but it is now Wednesday we have not received chocolates but a 10 gift voucher, I have tried several times to ring the company and have left my mobile number to be contacted on, no one has contacted me today when emailed them.. I still have no idea where those chocolates are and to be honest it completely ruined my mum's 70th Birthday for me as I thought it was a beautiful gift but when it arrived it was a gift from hell!!

I ordere a few items and on the same night cancelled the order. I got a cancellation email and it said it'll give my money back within a couple of day and this was on the 21st it is now the 28th and I still have not received my money back and on the 26 I wrote a complaint and still haven't got a reply back from them as to what is happening with my money

It's 28th December and I'm still waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. I tracked the package and saw it wasn't delivered as it was damaged. However, I was not informed of this delay. I called your customer service team and was assured another package had been sent express delivery and would arrive last Saturday. It didn't. I have no idea if or when I can expect my package to arrive. First time I've used this site and will be the last. I ordered things from Amazon and various other websites and everything arrived unbroken and on-time. I understand it's a busy time of year, but if you can't follow through on your orders, you should let people know. Very disappointing service.

Order on the 18th of December and parcel was due on the 21st. Courier company attempted delivery on the 21st but I was out and just left a blank slip through my door with no information on what to do next. E-mail the company and they said it would be out for redelivery the next day. Well that didn't happen. I rang the company up to explain the situation and they said it would be out for redelivery Saturday guaranteed by Parcelforce well guess what that never happen as well. Tried ringing the company again today (28/12) and no answer I've just sent her an email let's see if they reply to that. I have never seen such bad service from a company like this and don't get me started on this "so called" delivery company. Think you got a lot of people with Sticky Fingers if you know what I mean.

I have never received my parcel and currently no resolution has been forth coming I am told the the parcel was delivered but no one recivedi it at the address and so far the parcel has not turned up. I am still waiting for a response as to what happened and also as to what the resolution will be. This was very dissapointing as this was a Christmas present which is now too late to be given

Ordered a personalised lattee glass for my fiancé as a Christmas present. She made a coffee from her machine left it on the kitchen side nobody near it next thing we hear glass smashing and it had exploded. It is a good job my kids wasn't near it or she wasn't drinking from it or there would of been serious injuries not happy at all

Very very very unhappy about the product. Ordered candles which then ended up looking very very cheap and something a little kid would buy. Also bought a foot massager which didnt even work. Very very angry about my purchase with this company and will not buy from here again and will spread the word of this.

I received correspondence to say my parcel would be delivered on the 19th, only to receive another 15 minutes later saying there was a 24 hour delay. I then heard nothing. I called the offices 3 days after expected delivery to be told the items had been returned to them for no known reason, and were now out of stock. Only upon my phoning was i then given a refund. Very poor service, not impressed and as this was my first use of Prezzybox, I will not be using them again

Ordered 2 items at the same time, paid for at the same time so i would expect the items would be delivered at the same time and in the same box. I was emailed with delivery info tracking etc which is great. Only 1 item was delivered , thought it was odd. Checked tracking again,said other item was picked at the same time,yet was still waiting shipment......!!! I just think poor work, yes mistakes happen,human error i understand all of that, yet i was not informed if there was a delay or issue. I did get a refund which is fine,but i would of rather the gift came as was a present! I defiantly wont be using prezzy box again and neither would i recommend it. Its not hard to inform someone of an item that they have paid for and technically own. congratulations on the cock up!!! and please DO NOT reply with any apology.
