I ordered my gift on the 16/17th of December I then received an email saying it has been dispatched and would be arriving at my house on the 21st of December it's now the 27th of December and I still haven't received my delivery.

Item ordered 15th Dec. Estimated delivery was 21st to 24th of December. I'm still waiting for delivery. Considering this was a Christmas present, I'm not impressed.

Present didn't arrive within the estimated delivery time. We are now five days after the expected delivery day and no present and no response from pressybox. (Message Ref: #52286)

Sent as a gift and the track item didn't work at all. Still totally unaware as to whether the person I sent it to has even received it yet because there is no confirmation email that says it was received.

Item came incorrectly boxed and not as described. Could not gift the item as intended. Invoiced for correct item, but could not use due to the incorrect packaging as it did not make sense for the personalization. Not happy. Money down the drain.

ordered a gift in plenty of time for xmas but no delivery, advised customer service but no assistance very disappointing and receive a mail asking for feedback !

I have emailed you once before but not had a response yet. I bought a sports arm band to place my phone in whilst doing exercise. On the day of my delivery i was emailed by yourself to say that the armband was out of stock and that the package wouldnt arrive in time of me going on holiday. I requested a full refund for the item as i was very disappointed with your service but have still heard nothing from your company.

I ordered on the 19th Dec which, according to the website, was in time for Christmas delivery. Unfortunately, Christmas has been and gone with no sign of my order. Tracking your order appears to be limited to a festive looking web page which states your order has been dispatch. Rather unhelpfully, it is limited to just that, there is no information with regards the carrier etc. Not a great first experience and not one that is likely to end with me placing a second order with them. I have contacted them with using the contact firm on the site but to date I have not received a response

Ordered my Christmas presents a month ago which all but one has turned up. It's now past Christmas and it still has not been shipped, so I have been left disappointed along with a very sad child.

Received order confirmation which said delivery between 12/19 and 12/21. Also stated that I would receive an email once the item was out for delivery. On 12/21 I still hadn't received anything, so sent an email. Was then told the item was out of stock, but should be back in stock shortly. I asked when it could be delivered and have still not received a response. I live in the States and was trying to get a gift to my best friend in London, pretty disappointed.

The item that was sold to me was terrible. It was the backpack massager and it was not good at all. It literally just viabrates like you have a phone against your back whilst ringing. My family use this site all the time and it's the first time I have used the company and I'm not exactly screaming about it from the rooftops. I would like a refund on the product.
