“It's almost two weeks after my order was supposedly sent to the courier according to your tracking and it's still apparently there! I called numerous times but each time it rang out so I emailed and got another automated response saying they couldn't reply in person and referring me back to the order tracker! Products still not received!!!”

“Absolutely terrible. I was relying on you to deliver presents for my closest friends at Christmas. The order was wrong and what you did to try and resolve the issue by sending me my correct order was also incorrect. I am now waiting for a reply and resolve meant of the issue. No one seems to be getting back to me.”

“The centre heart, which is supposed to be the place I met the gift receiver is not right. I phoned the phone number on your website and spoke to a lady called Rachel Gray. she told me to email her a photograph and any details regarding it, which I did (Rachel.gray@prezzybox.com) and I have heard nothing back. this was 2 days ago. I haven't even heard back to acknowledge my problem.”

“My item was never delivered and the status was set to have been delivered to a secure location with no 'sorry we missed you card' and no explanation of the 'safe' location it is in. None of my neighbors had had a parcel delivered. Not happy at all”

“Part of my order included an engraved photo frame which came correctly engraved however it stated it was intended for 4x6inch photos. This was not the case as the space is slightly smaller both height and lengthways (checked with ruler!) which necessitates the selected picture being cut down to size. Very disappointed that this was not as described. Would not recommend this product and will not use this website again despite a couple of personalised bottles being received without problem.”

“I am very disappointed in the order I placed, firstly it didn't get delivered first time as the parcel was faulty which I wasn't aware until I checked my email and I had to follow it up with yourselves, Then when it was delivered second time I opened the box to find that the lid on the gin and tonic shower gel was broken and the shower gel was no longer in the bottle so it was everywhere, I am very angry about everything that has happened with my order”

“I ordered cocktail bath melts £9.95 the cup cakes were nothing like the picture on line, much smaller. When they arrived there was no labelling on them only white cups. Contacted seller who sent me another one. Again when they arrived they were just the same, white cups. I have asked for a refund. Will not use this site again as this was for a Christmas present.”
