“I have not received my order and it looks like my order will not be here for Christmas!!! Not happy and whilst I have approach the supplier it has not been sorted as the reply I have received is "royal mail does not accept a lost item until a lost parcel until 15 days have passed" So in short, I have been left high and dry by the supplier! Not good customer service and very dissappointed”

“the package arrived in good time, the box inside was very badly damaged, even though the outside packaging was not damaged. This is a gift i was planning for my brother, looks like i had it kicking around for years. Not enough time to send back and replace or I would have returned it. Feel your despatch team should care more.”

“This is scam company. They failed to deliver. They didn't handle properly my request for a refund - saying I should collect the item and return it to them (an item which never reached me in the 1st place). Only after contacting the police and my lawyer they promised to give me a full refund which I am still waiting at the moment. This is definitely a company you need to avoid.”
