My first time of ordering with prezzybox and likely to be my last! No responses to emails & no one ever answers the phone so non existent customer service. Placed an order on 10 Dec & it finally arrived on 19 Dec. Still waiting on 2 items & no idea when it will arrive. Not a happy customer!

I have still not received my order. I have had no further notifications for the last 4 days and no response from customer services!!! I will be seeking a refund!

Delivery dates not adhered to, tried to contact and lack of communication. Information on deliveries inaccurate.

I have not received my order and it looks like my order will not be here for Christmas!!! Not happy and whilst I have approach the supplier it has not been sorted as the reply I have received is "royal mail does not accept a lost item until a lost parcel until 15 days have passed" So in short, I have been left high and dry by the supplier! Not good customer service and very dissappointed

Order was cancelled without my knowledge .i rang to see where my order was only to be told it was out of stock .now the item i ordered is out of stock everywhere .very dissapointed with the service..

My parcel was not delivered to my door. I emailed to ask where it went and was told the records show it was delivered to my house when it wasn't. I have still not received any further help.

I bought the light up bath pettles and was wrapping the box for my partner for Xmas and something gave me the urge to check them, I was shocked to find that only one of the three worked!!

the package arrived in good time, the box inside was very badly damaged, even though the outside packaging was not damaged. This is a gift i was planning for my brother, looks like i had it kicking around for years. Not enough time to send back and replace or I would have returned it. Feel your despatch team should care more.

I have still not received my goods, although according to your tracking they've been delivered! I ordered the item on the 10th December it's now the 19th of December please get it sorted.

I placed my order at the start of the month, was dispatched on the 9th and am still yet to receive anything. When I made an enquiry the response was slow and not helpful.

My order took way too long to come, got dispatched TWO whole days after the order had been made. Now I can't return the item even when it's useless to me now. Rubbish service, I recommend anyone to not shop here with all my heart.

Turned up with batteries but it didn't work. Batteries were flat, rusted and the inside of the battery was leaking. Extremely disappointing

I ordered marshmallow fluff and the contents of the tub had leaked all over my other presents. Defiantly not impressed as this was a Christmas present. Please may you compensate me as appropriate. My email address is jackkorny@icloud.com .

This is scam company. They failed to deliver. They didn't handle properly my request for a refund - saying I should collect the item and return it to them (an item which never reached me in the 1st place). Only after contacting the police and my lawyer they promised to give me a full refund which I am still waiting at the moment. This is definitely a company you need to avoid.
