Item wasnt delivered when i was told it would be so i emailed customer services but didnt get a response so i rang & was told someone would call me back, they didnt. So i rang again & was told the item would be with me next day. it wasnt, so rang again & finally received the item 6 days after it was due

Placed an order for the pac-man mug on 04/12/16, was informed the delivery will be between the 6th and 8th Dec which I was fine with. However, the delivery never arrived within the specified date and I had to purchase another item from Argos for the secret Santa at work.

Ordered on the 3rd of December, today is the 14th and I still haven't received my item despite paying nearly £4 for delivery.

Tracking was never up to date, delivery was poor and package is missing. Personalised items came with the wrong name printed. Service overall was very poor which is a shame as the products on the site look good. Would not recommend this to anyone

Ordered on the 3rd of December for my Mums Birthday. Expected delivery to arrive on 7th as said between 7th and 12th. It is now the 14th and still it has not arrived!

The book which i recieved is in poor condition, this is intended as a present and the condition is similar to that of a used item. The edge's of the front and back cover are scuffed and are peeling off - i would imagine damage caused during packaging, not delivery as the delivery box was in perfect condition to be fair

My item never came. And when I called to find out what was going on, the only solution was always "wait, it's been sent" or "check the sorting office"

I placed the order on 1st december, and am still waiting for delivery (11th December). I have missed one secret santa, and missed a second secret santa so would like to cancel the order please. Thanks, Fenella Bramwell

I have used you before as live in Australia and have usually found your service to be good, ordering for family, however on this occasion my sister's birthday present ordered in plenty of time took an unusually long time to be delivered and thus I am extremely unhappy as this was way outside the specified time and she received her present very late. Not happy ! Will reconsider using your services again.

we ordered an electronic item for our daughters birthday on 9th Dec, when we tried too use it it would not work due to it being faulty. One very disappointed daughter!!!!! Wow had to drive to our nearest Argos store to purchase a replacement that day. I have returned the item free postage but i bet we will not get refunded the postage we paid to have this faulty item delivered in the first place. We will wait and see.

My goods have still not arrived! Estimated delivery was 2nd Dec.. I still have not received email that shows me how to track my goods... I'm not very happy.
