“Ridiculously overpriced for what arrived. At £26 for 2 personalised pencil cases and 12 pencils, I was not expecting the pencils to arrive just loose in a Jiffy bag. I was expecting some kind of presentation or packaging for a gift. Total rip off, can purchase pencils like this at £3 from elsewhere”

“Over 2 weeks and my items have still not been dispatched to me. I am highly doubtful they will be delivered in time for me to still be able to collect them, awful service and being told they are now delayed (over 2 weeks since ordering) due to a high volume of parcels is unacceptable.”

“My item hasn't been delivered. I was told to speak to Royal Mail which I did who said I have to wait two weeks. This was a Birthday present and ordered within a reasonable time for it to be delivered. Birthday now been and gone so pretty pointless now.”
