My item arrived squashed and the box had been ripped open. I contacted customer service who told me they would pay for postage to return the item and would send another out ASAP however neither of these happened and as the item was for a secret santa gift I had to rush at the last minute to get another gift. Complete waste of money.

i ORDERED A PERSONALISED SHOT GLASS FOR MY NIECES 18TH BIRTHDAY BUT WHEN IT CAM IT WAS SPELT WRONG IT WAS SPELT MLA INSTEAD MIA I Was very disappointed

Unfortunately, the personalisation which was input by yourself is exactly what has been printed on the glass. I am still waiting for my order that I was told would be delivered 15/11/2016 -17/11/2016. I was not given any information to say that the item was actually out of stock until I rang to chase up the order. I am very disappointed with the service and will not be using prezzybox again or recommending them to anybody.

I ordered a heated back & seat massager for my big sisters 50th birthday (placed order on 11/11/16). I paid £9.95 to have it delivered before 12pm on 15/11/16 (my sisters birthday) - it hadn't been delivered by this time so I made a complaint at the back of 1pm, I was advised it would be chased up with the courier - over two hours later I was still waiting on being updated so I made another complaint , to which I was advised I would be contacted once there was an update. I was contacted on Wed afternoon to say another one had been dispatched express, this was then not delivered till the back of 5pm on the Thursday night - over two days late. I have had no offer of a refund on the £9.95 I paid for a service which was not given, nor have I been offered any recompense for the service I received - it was lucky I had another present for my sister or I would have been at her house empty handed. Frankly I would have given 0 stars apart from the fact that Claudia who took over my complaint dispatched another and got it delivered eventually. So, not too impressed overall.

The order form did not state that you need to add the "'s" or "of" to the personalisation. It''s stated briefly in brackets separately from the order form, but you wouldn't necessarily spot it. Now i'm being told i'll need to pay to have it rectified. Disappointing.

The delivery was appalling. It was attempted on 4 different days and 3 of those I was in all day waiting for it. No cards were out through the door either.

I ordered 2 items, first was the marshmallow spread which was burst at the lid. Second was the rose bath lights, only one of the three work

The item was very poor quality, so poor I thought it wasn't in the box. It looked like a cardboard insert that is used for games etc. The lights you buy in any pound shop and the so cAlled bar sign was a piece of cardboard with holes in it to push the lights through costing £18 more if they don't refund the postage costing £5. I can't download a photo as I returned it today

WHERE IS THE PRODUCT!!! Having paid for the"Melting clock" it would be nice to have it delivered. Just goes to show you have no idea when or if the products you sell have been delivered. I now need to contact PayPal to recover payment.

I ordered a gift on the 21st of October which was expected to arrive the 25th to 27th, it is now the 31st and I still haven't recieved it and I need it by tomorrow as it is a gift. I emailed to enquire about the progress of the delivery on the 29th but have still had no reply from anyone.
