I ordered two gifts from your website and one is yet to arrive. It's been around four weeks. I no longer want this gift as my friends birthdays passed but I would like a refund. It is the rose gold iPhone 5s case featured in the photo.

I ordered a present on the 3rd September as our anniversary was only a week away, and as the delivery days state 3-5 working days I thought I'd be ok, however it's nearly 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting.

The controller was so tiny and the games were so old that anyone barely knew how to play and I had to buy a freaking adapter which costed my 9 pounds as I did not know it couldn't be plugged into a TV. Also, the games were so slow!

Item I ordered for a gift was unavailable, special newspaper advertised that thousands in stock but the date and year I wanted sadly wasn't which was disappointing customer services however were very apologetic in their emails

The packaging was destroyed. My order came in a box that looked like it had been broken. All wrapping inside was messy too. Home fragrance came with broken sticks! And I'm still waiting for the last bit of my order. Such a fun website but I am hugely disappointed and won't be recommending this company to friends.

First we were sent the wrong item, then the correct item was delivered to some one else a few roads along who very kindly brought it to me as it had express delivery written on it so they knew we needed it in a hurry. A card had been put through their door to say that it had been put in their garage but they said they don't have a garage and found it in their words"abandoned in their front garden"

I put the salt into the container and tried to put the stopper in and it fell into the container. It took ages to get the stopper out and so I have had to put some plastic around it to stop it falling in

this company is the worst ex of my life ,no return calls , that's even if you can contact them ,was promised ,my delivery would be ,in a couple off days ,, it took 10 days , no apology ,or anything from them DON'T TOUCH

Thank you for your comments. We have not received any phone calls from yourself but we did receive an email, which, we answered within an hour of receipt. You also acknowledged receipt of this email. Your order was dispatched within the time period estimated but we cannot apologise enough if you have been disappointed with the service you have received.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service you received. We do state on the product description of the item you ordered that there is a surcharge for notable dates and Sundays. As you opted not to pay for the special date item you ordered we then arranged for a full refund that day. Once again we apologise if you have been disappointed.

Ordered a £60 personalised gift on the 14th July for my mum and dads anniversary on the 20th July it's now the 30th and I still haven't received it!

I still have not received my order! I ordered a personalised cup to be delivered by the 20th July; as I work in a school I ordered it to be delivered there - it is now the summer holidays and consequently I cannot access the school. I sent a message informing the company of this and asked for an address change which has not been responded to. The track order facility on the website is not working so I am really left in the dark about the whereabouts of my order! As it part of a present for a week ago suffice to say I am very disappointed.
