Unfortunately my experience of ordering from Prezzybox.com was less than satisfactory. There was a 24 hour delay of my goods being delivered and when they arrived one of the items was damaged beyond repair. The batteries inside this item had corroded and burst. Clearly this item had been on the stock shelf for quite some time and sufficient checks had not been made to ensure it was still in working order prior to dispatch. Prezzybox.com customer services did respond quite quickly to my complaint and I have no complaint about the member of staff who dealt with this. This person agreed to dispatch a replacement item via express delivery. However this item has still not arrived, which is either something to do with the Warehouse or an issue with the Courier. As this item was a gift item, I was unable to gift it. Overall a very poor experience which makes me extremely reluctant to order anything else from this company.

Only used prezzy box once and it will be my last. I ordered a gift for a 50th birthday gift. This was ordered on the 09th July. The expected delivery date was at the latest 18th July. Contacted CS on the 20th July asking as to where my order is and explaining that the gift I got was for a birthday present that was supposed to be given on the 19th. Was told they can't track my order and that maybe the postman has forgot to leave a card and it could be at the sorting office. Then asked if I could go check to ensure it ain't there..the cheek. However after there email I then get a tracking conformation stating my item has been shipped on the 20th June. So seems like the item was never shipped in the first place. Basically if you want a personal gift to be delivered on time I would highly recommend you don't use prezzy box. Still waiting for my order as I wrote this and when it arrives it is going to cost me more money to forward the gift on now.

I placed an order with Prezzybox on 4th July and received an invoice stating that delivery would occur between 6th & 8th July. It's now 20th July and I still haven't received my order. According to Order Tracking it's still at the National Sorting Hub.

Website says item dispatched in 2-3 days. 18 days later I have only just had an email saying it has been sent!!! So very disappointing as this was supposed to be a birthday gift for a special distant friend. What an AWFUL service. Do not use this shop!

I paid £9.95 for next day delivery as I needed gift for leaving present but it did not arrive for another 3 days! Disgraceful service. They should not offer service if cannot be guaranteed. Gift was good when it eventually arrived.

Item was late being delivered so ended up missing the birthday it was ordered for and when I tried to get in contact with PrezzyBox, they took a week to reply and even then didn't follow through with their promises

Purchased an engraved item, the engraving was actually only three-quarters finished which was embarrassing as it was a Fathers day gift, so still yet to give him something as awaiting replacement. No quality assurance on their products clearly. Emailed and never got a response, had to email again and received a rude 'We've received your email' but then nothing ever again. I had to resort to Facebook messenger, however they claimed they have no email from me. I had to screenshot the email they replied to prove they had, was then they said they would send a replacement out. Received no confirmation of a replacement being sent or yet received it, so I'm assuming they just said it to keep me happy. Got an impression this company isn't as big as it claims to be and just selling cheap knock-off straight from a supplier/distributer. Won't be shopping again, especially for engravings! haha

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, we would like to apologise that your item was received with substandard engraving. Looking back through our correspondence, we can see that your query was answered through Facebook and we hope that you have now received your replacement as we discussed. We cannot apologise enough if your original email was not answered. We do try to answer emails within 24 hours of receiving them. With regard to the size of our company and the products we offer, we do dispatch from our own warehouse daily. However, we also dispatch direct from the supplier for personalised items. The service our suppliers offer is first class and if an item is received faulty or not up to standard then we will arrange for a replacement. Once again we hope that you have now received your replacement.

The product I ordered arrived in a very bad condition. It was a present and was very embarrassing when he opened it to see that the chocolate was all melted and the gift was completely ruined.

This was a Father's Day gift for my dad. He did not receive the gift so I was deeply upset that this did not come. I have been waiting to see if it has indeed arrived at home but it has not. My parents live in Scotland and I London. So was unable to see him on this special day. I will be calling about this sometime next week as I am still in the hope that this gift will arrive. I hope you can get back to me. I would have loved to give a good review as I loved the product and when calling for help the man on the phone was extremely helpful. But I am forced to leave a bad review due to the gift not arriving. Mariacmorrison@icloud.com

Usually everything is amazing. However the fathers day present I ordered was delivered in a crushed box. I couldn't give this is a gift so had no idea what to do.

Very disappointing first time experience with prezzybox. Brought the eye zone massage mask for a gift for my girlfriend as she suffers with migraines and other reviews seemed all good and well. First of all the mask didn't fit at all and was slightly painful for my girlfriend to use. Secondly, the customer service was terrible! Upon making initial contact with prezzybox, I then went on to ask them for a full refund along with prepaid postage, as if the product doesn't fit and causes pain it is in my eyes a 'design fault', therefore prezzybox should be the ones to compensate for this. My message was completely ignored, so I sent the item back anyway, got the refund for the product but not for the postage. Unlikely I will be using the service again!

The goods I bought were advertised on This Morning TV as good quality.. I spent nearly £100 for my sisters birthday present. They were not worth the money and were returned for a refund. £15 was spent in postage. I rang over 8 times to find our where my return was with excuses from BT systems not working and the warehouse not logging it as being received. Only when was able to find the proof that it was received signed for my C Millar a week earlier, was a refund actioned, I was told that it may take up to three days to get in my account. I will wait and see . I hope I don't have to ring Pressie Box again. I am very disappointed with the customer service and will not be using Pressie Box again.

perfect match choc, came in a blob and should never have been packed/sent, it was plain to see not fit to send. ive tel and complained and will be having a refund. I have used your site before but this is off putting.
