Hi Tina, Thank you for your feedback. Our team sent you an email on 05/04 to inform you that sadly we do not currently ship overseas and that your order would be cancelled within 7 days unless we were provided with an alternative full UK address to send your order to. As we didn't hear back from you, your order was cancelled and refunded on 13/04. We are looking to ship internationally in the near future so please keep checking back for updates. The item never arrived! Have only just returned to the country to discover this and have just this minute complained and asked for a full refund! Very disappointing!

I ordered a massage cushion. When delivered it was of very shoddy quality and did not serve any useful purpose. Prezzybox should be deeply ashamed of this product. I have returned it to get a refund at a cost of £4.95 for postage........an expensive and very disappointing internet shopping experience.

Purchased the light bulb push lamp on offer and had a voucher to use, ordered and received very quickly 31st March, but on arrival, the box was dented on one edge, opened the box, the product was damaged and broken where you placed the batteries, when batteries finally in, the product was faulty and didn't work, very upsetting for my 4 year old nephew, has it was a gift..I called prezzybox on the 1st April, offices stated open til 5pm, no they wasn't, I started calling at 3.20pm, until 4.55, with no answer, I left a message finally, no contact made by them until I called them again 6th, no call from them in all that time about this faulty product, the lady I spoke too tried to fob me off by saying it was a bank holiday and they was closed, no it was, that was the weekend before, there CS has a lot to be desired. I was eventually refund, but it took, 5 days, 6 calls, and 3 emails to get this sorted, don't bother, it's not worth your time in buying sub standard products.

Your initial email was responded to on 01/04 - The same day this was sent to us, to tell you that we had actioned an immediate refund for your faulty item and did not require this to be returned to us by yourself. During your telephone call, we apologised for getting our dates mixed up - We were however closed for a few hours on the Monday which you tried to call us, for staff training which we informed you of. Your refund was processed straight away for you and this should now be back in your account. Thank you,

I ordered a snap remote and when waiting over a week for it to still arrive I checked on the tracking number and it said delivered through letterbox. Not happy I'm still waiting for a reply

As I am still waiting for the product I have paid for (24th March), and have not heard any more from your support for several days, after requesting a refund, I shall now be taking this matter up with PayPal directly to get my money back.

Ordered a parcel to arrive for my Mums Mothers Day present. It never arrived and I've sent feedback to this company and never got a reply!! Will not recommend or use again!! Terrible.

After 2 weeks and lots of correspondence the items have still not been delivered. Couriers did not leave cards and now gifts are out of stock. Very disappointing.

poor service. i have ordered an item, which was online in stock. Have waited nearly 2 weeks, just to find out - after emailing first about my order - that the item wasn't in stock. No email information nor phone call to provide such an important information! it was a bday present for someone, and i had to order it somewhere else and pay EXTRA for quick delivery. absolutely irresponsible service. i should of been informed straight away i placed the order.

Bought an item (retro games controller) a few weeks back. Website said one in stock. Didn't arrive between the alloted dates. Sent an email to ask where it was and was told it was out of stock and wouldn't be delivered for another month. When would I have been told if I hadn't chased? Not too impressed and probably won't be using Prezzybox again.

Unfortunately on rare occasions, if the stock of an item is low and more than one order is placed for it at the same time, it can cause a crossover in our stock levels, allowing both orders to go through our system. Terrible experience. Ordered an afternoon tea experience as a present. Never received the voucher, emailed twice but still have had no resolution. Won't order from Prezy box again.

Shocking transaction from start to finish. Ordered for Mothers Day (special Saturday delivery selected) and the items didn't arrive. Contacted customer service who informed me 1 item was out of stock and the warehouse hadn't split my order so no items arrived. Eventually received a message saying the remaining items would ship (Tuesday after Mothers Day), then told that all items were actually in stock and there was an issue with the stock levels at the warehouse. My wife and mother to my kids had nothing to open on Mothers Day due to this huge mess. Was the first time I had shopped with Prezzybox and it'll definitely be the last. Horrible service!!

Prezzy box was great product was useless. Non spill wine glass was impossible to open and close the sipper lid and leaked. Sorry

My order never arrived to the right house but somebody had signed for it in my name. I'm still waiting to hear back from the people who deal with this...it has been two weeks since I called and emailed. Would not recommend this site to anyone

The product was an LED love sign which appeared to be wooden with a proper construction. It wasn't. It was cardboard, cheap and flimsy with nothing detailed in description. Not worth the money and poor customer service making me pay for return postage.
