My gift was ordered on the 29th Feb for delivery by the 3rd (latest), so all good for Mothers day. The present had still not arrived. I have called to expedite and first of all got an answering machine staying you had a problem do someone would call me back - they never did. So I called again and spoke to a lady who was investigating and would call me back - I am still waiting. Not impressed.

Ordered my Mother's Day present a wk before arrived in time but wrong item recieved then expect you to print your own returns label off . And still waiting for them to send me one out a week later .

I ordered a gift for my Mum to be delivered by Mothers Day. After receiving an email I would get it within 4 working days I received nothing. When I rang on the 5th day I was told it was not in stock and I 'should have been told' I was not called or emailed to be informed and nothing was offered to apologise for wasting my time. I am heavily pregnant and getting out of the house is not easy so I was relying on this service and feel extremely let down. I will not be using this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, if the stock of an item is low and more than one order is placed at the same time, it can cause a slight crossover in our stock levels. Once again, we cannot apologise enough for this. present was lost which was really unhelpful as i had to go and get an alternative. the communication from the company however was very good and a replacement has been arranged.

The goods never arrived. Ordered well in advance of Mother's Day. Chased the order via the website after tracking showed delivery attempted three times and failed. I work from home so that is a fabrication, no "sorry we missed cards" delivered so again no proof of attempts. I phoned twice, both times assured me it would arrive. Poor ability to track goods and give meaningful idea of whereabouts. No real empathy shown on the phone or via messages. No attempt to follow up or showing any real care. This was my wife's first Mother's Day with our 5 month old, totally ruined thanks to Prezzybox. I usually use Amazon or Not on the high street but your range was better, pointless if you can't back that up with the service. I won't be using you again and will stick with a more reliable provider. I'll be sure to share my experience on social media and warn others not to waste their time and money on a shoddy uncaring company

We are sorry that your original delivery didn't make it to you, this complaint has been raised with our warehouse and our couriers, My Hermes. Upon hearing of the failed delivery from yourself, our team immediately dispatched a second parcel on a tracked Parcel Force service, for which you were provided the tracking number and as much information as our team was able to provide, giving that your item was dispatched that same morning and the tracking had not updated. Am still waiting for book to arrive - my fathers 80th birthday was 4 days ago -no present!! Also only an answer machine when I try to call. No reply to my messages. Also no one has answered either of my 2 emails. Very dissatisfied so far .

Another website that deliberately superimpose the size of the item your buying! Overpriced and will not use again

I was told that my item would be delivered the between 15-17 February and it still has not arrived or even been dispatched. This was a birthday gift that has not arrived in time.

I ordered a product express delivery for a present. It never came and I called back 5 days later to be told the product wasn't in stock. This was the first I heard of this, the website let me buy it still and I never got an email telling me this after. I only got a refund when I asked. If I hadn't of called to chase I would never have got the product and never have received a refund. Very poor. And as a result I was left in an awkward position with no gift to give when I needed.

Very disappointed!!!. I ordered a weekend break for Valentine's present but I never received the e-voucher. I sent a query and I'm still waiting on a further response. Last I heard back was 11th Feb. Not good at all.

Poster was a little torn ..something I have seen from other reviews could be an on going problem ..and the two stars I paid to be named after myself and partner were not side by side as described in sale description as there were at least two stars imbetween on the star map...defeating the entire purpose of the gift...bitterly disappointed.

Where to start! First off didnt receive my order even though according to parcel tracker it had been, then for the next few day sent emails saying i havent recieved my item to which i got no reply (and still haven't), will not be using again very bad costumer servise!! Aviod

I ordered something on the 31st of January and expected delivery on the 5th of Feb. I have not recieved the parcel yet.Been making calls to find out where my parcel is and they are not helpful at all. I have no tracking number. It's ridiculous.

Very poor and disappointing was told my present would be delivered on 26th. My sisters birthday was on the 27th. I had to phone 3 days after her birthday as still no delivery it hadn't even been dispatched even tho it was in stock! I was told it would then be sent out express delivery so my sister would get it the next day - she didn't it was the day after! Very unhappy and will not be using again.

I still haven't received my item!!!!!!! It is the 24th of January it was meant to be delivered between the 18th and 21st.
