Goods expensive, postage expensive and when had to return item had to pay postage fees. Still waiting for refund for item. Cannot contact via telephone as telephone system not working. Rubbish customer service. Will not use ever again. Much better to use Amazon instead where do not have any problems...

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your email. We're sorry to hear that your item hasn't arrived yet. This was dispatched on 10/05 with Royal Mail. On rare occasions Royal Mail do not leave a card to notify of a missed delivery. We advise checking your local sorting office for this parcel. Very disappointed with the silver locket it looked like tin and the silver chain seemed damaged Sorry but won't be using your web site again!

After taking my money a money a month ago and 3 or 4 attempts to correct my order I am still waiting for one item. Your service is the worst I have ever experienced in 40 years. I will never endorse your company to anyone ever.

My items were purchased on 26/04/16. I was told i'd receive my items in 3-5 working days. Didn't receive my items until 13/05/16. The quality is shocking and the personalization is horrific! For how long i waited for these items and for how much i paid and being told i can't return them i will not be using prezzybox again!

Items didn't arrive when they were ment to, rang up and was put on hold and then after 20 minutes the phone cut off. Sent several emails conplaining. By the time the items eventually got here I didn't even need them as the parties had past. Won't be using again.

Received my collage photo frame and two of the frames were hanging off. Shocking quality, had to superglue it together as it was a late birthday present for my partner. Will not be using this company again.

Very disappointed with the service. The parcel was meant to arrive in plenty of time for Mother's Day and still is a no show. When looking at the order tracking it says that the courier was there a few days ago but had "access issues" and just left it at that with no note or phone number to call and organise another time. We didn't have any notification that the parcel didn't arrive to the recipient.

Order failed to arrive at friends home. Delivery company used were useless and no help at all. Overall, a birthday gift was not given. First time using the site, very disappointed. Contacted customer service, was told I'd get a refund but didn't get told how lot it'd take for money to be returned. Won't be using again.

Poor quality imitation of the real thing. I would have returned item but they refuse to refund post/packaging which was already too high to start with.

Made my order 10 days ago and I still don't have it, the prezzybox couriers failed to deliver it to me do they had to pass it on to Royal Mail. Very disappointed.

The product was ordered on Sunday and was not despatched within 24 hours as stated on the site. The item in question also arrived melted. Otherwise I cannot fault the service

Present took over 5 days to arrive even though I paid for next day delivery . It was only delivered when I prompted about the no delivery.
