Ordered gift as a birthday present and paid extra for next day delivery to ensure it arrived well in advance of the birthday. Not only was the gift a week late missing the birthday, when I enquired about the location of the gift I was told it had been out of stock but no one had informed me until I asked. My delivery was refunded but that doesn't compensate for missing a 4 year old's birthday. Dissapointing from a company that market themselves as gift sellers.

Ordered a few products and had confirmation that all had been shipped. When they arrived one was missing - questioned this and was told that this product was out of stock and would be sent when it was back in stock. Replied to cancel the product and request a refund as it was a Christmas present and never got a reply. Still no refund in my bank either. And no product, a month on.

You should have received an automated email informing you that one of your items had been placed on back order as there was no stock. The product was cancelled from your order at the start of the week and the money refunded back to you, which should be back with you any day now. Terrible service received from Prezzybox. Very disappointing, considering I was a new customer to the company. I attempted to purchase a Christmas present from yourselves (delivery expected by 23/12/15). I did not receive the product, and upon calling after leaving it a week after christmas - I had not receive any emails/ contact from Prezzybox, despite my concerned emails and calls - I was told abruptly that the item had been out of stock since the time of purchase (when payment was also taken) and that I'd possibly receive the item within a few weeks. As a result of unprofessionalism and bad communication skills, I will no longer be using Prezzybox, and neither will my family and friends.

Paid for an item which did not turn up when it was expected. Got in touch and it had been out of stock. Would have been helpful to have been notified that it was out of stock sooner than a week later when i enquired about the whereabouts of my item. I was extremely disappointed that I did not receive the item that was supposed to be a gift. I then had to order from another website and pay £7.99 for next day delivery in order to receive my item in time for when I wanted it. I probably would not order from this website again after the bad experience that I have had as it has cost me a lot of money to replace the item which did not turn up

I bought 3 boxes of these making 6 lights in total, my wife was delighted on receiving them. However, by the time she had used them a second time they had all let in water and has leaked battery acid in the bath. We installed the batteries as per instructions and checked for tightness. After the first couple leaked we checked them all and every one was leaking /letting water in. Overall not fit for purpose do not use in water.

Having received email confirmation of my order, my credit card was debited. When delivery didn't happen I contacted prezzy box only to get a reply to say there had been a mistake and the item was out of stock and apologised for not notifying me. The item was a birthday present for my daughter which it was now too late to find a replacement. Overall a very bad first experience.

I am yet to receive my order after placing it over 2 weeks ago, the items were ment to be presents but I have had to go elsewhere for something similar. I was planning on buying more from this site but I think I will see if I can get the item I am looking for elsewhere.

Ordered fab lab bath bomb kit on 1/1/16 estimated delivery 4/1 - 6/1/16. It's now the 12/1 16 no item nor any correspondence from Prezzybox . Rang them on 12/1/16 to be told the item was out of stock, not due in till 25th January and an email should have been sent out. Obviously it wasn't. This item is a birthday present for my Daughter! It's the first and last time I shall order from Prezzybox very disappointed with the customer service. Will not recommend them in the future!

I have order 2 products at the beginning of december for Cristmas gifts. One of them came during the time you have said it will be delivered (17-21/12/15), but the second one.. it looks like you forgot about it. I was trying to call you few days but it's impossible to reach the line. I also sent you messages. After 14 days someone has found time to reply, asking me if still want my product or if I prefer refund. It's ridicuolus. every company which respect customer would offer this product for free - I mean sending a product and giving refund (MORE if the product is personalised frame with date 24.12.2015 !!!). I'm really disappointed.

First time buyer from prezzy box. I was given a delivery date between 22nd to 24th of December. To date (Thursday 7th of Jan) I have still received nothing.

I am really disgusted with your service and will make sure I communicate that as widely possible. Having raised a complaint with you regarding the fact that a pre Xmas order for delivery by 30th December has still not arrived. Your response - this item is delivered by an external supplier. This I knew however my order was placed with you
