I ordered 4 presents of which 2 were for my wife, I ordered them in good time for Christmas however, 3 did turn up on time. The final item was due no later than 21st, by the 22nd I had to ring you to ask where the item was on its travels only to be informed it would not now arrive untill after Christmas which would give me a headache as the item was coming to my works address. I asked your employee if the item could be directed to my home address, she said she would confirm this back to me as she was nor sure. She did come back later but with bad news, the item was no longer available. Why was I not contacted and informed of the situation, it left me hardly any time to shop for a new present which was very infurrinating before christmas. As I had to work right up to 24th shopping was out of the question so I had to inform my wife that she could has her present after Christmas which did not go down well, thank you.

Ordered 2 Christmas gifts. Paid an extra £2 for next day delivery (24th Dec). No parcel arrived. I e-mailed to chase this but I have still not received a response. Parcel finally arrived on 31st, so a whole week late. This was via Royal Mail, who were still delivering during that period. Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired and I have paid for a service I did not receive. Unlikely to use again.

Was disappointed when I received my item ( photo wooden storage box ) as the lid would not go on it close. The engraving was also different to how it appeared on the preview. Wouldn't purchase again.

I spent £35+p&p on a spice rack for a Christmas present. The recipient, on opening it, discovered it was damaged and therefore unusable. I messaged Prezzybox about this and received no response whatsoever, apart from confirmation that my messages had been received and that I would be contacted shortly.

Well there was a couple of issues; first, my order was processed in spite of the fact that there was no delivery outside of the UK during the period in which I placed my order. Secondly, after I placed the order a couple of days later I received a mail explaining the mailing outside of the UK difficulty. From the header on the email I received in relation to the postage issue, it was difficult to distinguish the seriousness of the mail. However, I did read the email and discover the nature of the problem at hand. Thirdly, I responded to the email with a UK address as requested by your customer service department and did not receive a prompt and explanatory email, the response I received was automatic and merely highlighted the fact that my email reply had been received. Finally, there was no other reply from your customer service department to inform me of the status of the purchase. This was an unfortunate last minute Christmas shopping experience which proved rather troublesome and I would expect more from such a reputable company. All the best, Joseph McGovern

On 21st December website said in stock and dispatch within 24 hours. Paid extra £5.95 for next day delivery. Was allegedly finally dispatched on 30th December. Still not received next day as paid for. 3 emails sent querying, no reponses. ABSOLUTELY LOUSY!

Ordered a personalised bottle of wine + coffee powder and only got the bottle of wine with no coffee powder in sight. Ordered this 3-4 days before Christmas day and the coffee powder which is a present for my mum still hasn't arrived and it's new years day. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Ordered an item before Christmas with a delivery date of 21st to 23rd December. Item didn't arrive, chased on the 23rd, no reply until 30th December advising me the item is out of stock and would I like to wait 'a few weeks' for it to come in (Ref:#26827 if you want to know who I am). No I wouldn't shocking service and response times, I do wonder how long it would take for 'The Prezzybox Team' to let me know if I hadn't of chased it. I won't be buying from here again.

Today is the 1st January and the item should have been received between 28th And 30th December and it has not been received. We tried to phone you and received a permanent engaged signal and sent you an E-Mail and have not received a reply. The item was for a 60th birthday present and so this situation is very disapointing

I would love to review my purchase but as I am yet to receive it or receive a reply from prezzybox to my email I can't. Even an acknowledgement that they are looking into my complaint would be a start!

I have never used PrezzyBox before, so was interested to try them out. I won two vouchers each of £5 to spend, and was happy to spend more to get something nice. Firstly I had a real hard job finding anything amounsg the myriad of things displayed that I even wanted even at £5 off the price of each thing. Finally I chose three floating bath "roses" which change colour and float in water, I thought at least my grandchildren would like that in the bath, but when they arrived I found that they were sealed units and the battery cannot be replaced, so when they go flat, probably on the first bath trial, that is the end. Quite a waste of money ! The second thing was even more disappointing. It was described as a "desk set" of drums, and as a grandson is learning the drums they might be a nice ornament that he could put in the corner of his desk, to tap on, inspire him , play with (but in no way be a substitute for his own real set of drums, which he plays on). When they arrived, I found that they are so big, you would need a whole desk top to store them on, but they are so tinny and useless that you would never consider playing them, their sound is horrible, so instead of a small ornament, that he could store on the corner of his desk or a bookshelf, they are big, ugly and awful, and not even worth the cost of postage to him ! Finally, by buying two things from PrezzyBox with two vouchers, I thought I could have them packed together in one parcel and save on the postage at least, but no , I got an email back from the company , separate postage for each item. Over £12 in total for two useless things, despite supposedly saving £10 (from my two vouchers) which if I had seen them (in a shop) would never have considered buying in the first place as they are basically just junk. I am sorry I cannot be more positive, I was hoping for something, at least worth giving to grandchildren, there was actually nothing amoungst the pages and pages of stuff PrezzyBox sells , that I would want for myself.
