Tried to redeem the voucher only to be told that the pub/Inn doesn't work with this company any more. Very disappointed.

After paying more for express delivery, I was disappointed to find it made no difference on how quickly my parcel would arrive. My parcel was intended to be part of a Christmas present which was then incomplete because of the incompetency of your company. When my parcel did finally arrive, many days late, I was absolutely horrified to find that the salt and pepper shakers I ordered are missing a part - meaning they are utterly useless. And the ceramic note pad is broken in two. Imagine for a second my utter rage at first not having received my parcel in time and for it then to be broken and incomplete. On the many times I have tried to contact your company regarding this I have had no response. Do I expect to get one from this review? No. There shall be further emails to detail my disgust at your company's lack of customer care. Thank you for ruining a present, a broken present and an incomplete present. You outdid yourself this time.

On the 18Dec15 I placed and purchased an item. On the confirmation email it stated that delivery will be done between the 22Dec15-24Dec15. On the 24Dec15 delivery was not done, so i sent an email requesting where is my order. I received no reply and daily sent reminders until finally katie replied on the 29Dec15 stating that item is out of stock and they will send once in stock!!! I was shocked and disgusted that they took so long to reply and did not have the decency to inform me themselves when I had purchased the item. The money has been taken from my card and today 31Dec15 am still without the item or have not been given a refund! This is robbery and I am totally disgusted with this company! I have never experienced such terrible customer service. They take your money but do not provide you with the goods you purchase!!

Didn't receive it before Christmas even though the confirmation said delivery would be between the 22nd - 24th of December. Not sure if it has been delivered now as I have been away since the 27th

Not impressed with the lack of communication, the late delivery, the faulty tracking and the fact it's still not arrived over a week past expected delivery. Poor experience all round.I wouldn't recommend and won't be using again.

Feedback is on delivery and costumer service, as I have not received the item. I ordered this item on the 19/12 with next day delivery. It is now the 31/12 and I have still not received the item. It was bought as a Christmas present so is very late. I sent a message to prezzybox who on the 24/12 and they have not even bothered to reply. Very bad costumer service, I will not be using this company again.

I have bought a fridge magnet recorder as Christmas presents and both were broken. Very disappointed. However, I have email them to send me a return form as instructed and still not heard or received anything. Email them again.. Still waiting on the form! I do hope I will get my money back.

Awful. Had to ring up just to process the order that I had already bought, and the item never arrived for Christmas as promised. Sent an email to check and no response. Appalling considering the legitimacy of the website and will not be returning.

A very disappointing experience, no delivery and no response to my enquiry - where is the item I ordered. It was promised before Christmas and here we are well over a week after Christmas and nothing! I couldn't possibly ever recommend you as a good outlet for supply.

Delivered almost a week past the estimated delivery time. Ordered and payed for 2 of the same item and when the delivery eventually came i only received one. Won't be using PrezzyBox or whatever it's called again.

Shocking customer service & general quality, ordered a personalised letter in a bottle, received someone else's order, complained and asked for a refund, still waiting for a reply more than a week later, ps. The letter was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend so it basically ruined Christmas.

My Christmas present which was meant to have been delivered on the 24th December 2015 has not yet been delivered and today is 31 December. No one communicated with me to tell me what is going on or give me a link to trace the order. This is very poor customer service. ....the worst.

This is the First time I'm using this site and as yet still not received the item I have ordered after two weeks, as this moment in time, I don't think I'll be buying anything from this site again. Also the customer service is appalling as I've sent messages and received no response.

I am extremeley disappointed as i was expecting my 2 items to come before 22nd december and arriving before christmas as they were both gifts. I still hadn't recieved them on 23rd so emailed them asking and they said they would investigate. I didnt get a reply til after christmas therefore 2 people were without gifts. So i politely asked if i could have first class next day delivery, they were happy to do this but i was informed one of my items was out of stock! I said i'd still like it when it comes back in stock however i still havent recieved my other item since 2 days ago when they told me they would send it next day. Not impressed! And they don't have a contact number so this whole order has been very frustrating!

Wrong items sent to me, sent those back in exchange for the items I needed. Prezzie promised I would have the items I needed in time for Christmas. A week later I'm still waiting.
